The property was stylish and the rooms were lovely, with a huge bathroom and balcony. The bed was so comfy and the air con was super welcome!! It is on a main road and near a roundabout but the noise didn’t bother us at all and we enjoyed being in the hustle and bustle. There are some fantastic restaurants nearby and the city centre is about a half an hour walk away which was great for us as we love to walk. The breakfast was delicious with so many different options which we enjoyed on their terrace and the staff were so lovely. There is a bar attached to the hotel which is nice is you want a drink on the terrace or downstairs. All brilliant!

The best about this hotel was the location, - we stayed there one night just after arrival to Tirana by flight. This gave us a wonderful first impression about Tirana and Albania being our first visit of the country. The hotel is wonderful. Decoration is over praise. Both rooms we stayed in were beautiful, convenient and clean. I have got free upgrade for one room which was nice. The decoration was amazing for the whole hotel, corridors had hand made carpets, amazing furniture, pictures and other cozy details. It was nice of the hotel reception to assist with the parking which I haven't booked in advance. Both receptionists we have met were wonderful people and very kind and helpful. But the best was breakfast. When you see the decoration of the breakfast and the restaurant you forget about the meals choice. But both were exceptional. I would sincerely recommend to stay at this cozy hotel. Wonderful place that we will remember. We will; come back with the first opportunity. The breakfast was superb, the best we had in Albania. The variety of items on offer, their quality and the service were exceptional. Our room was lovely: beautifully fitted and furnished and why don't more hotels have separate loos and bathrooms? Excellent bathroom, fitted with the needs of the user in mind - mirrors, storage, etc - rather than the whims of some designer! From the moment we arrived the staff were superb: friendly and helpful and the parking just outside was great.

It didn't bother us at all but the view from our window was not scenic/ conventionally pretty but we were in a city... It might bother some but not us, neither did the traffic noise as the hotel is centrally located and the benefits of this cancelled out any very minor inconveniences.

Stay in hotel Ebel was for us amazing experience. This boutique hotel is stylish furnished with awesome pieces of art. We absolutely love it. Breakfast is separate chapter. One of the best hotel breakfast I ever had in hotel (nuts, fresh orange juice and crispy croissants with nutella in cozy dining room. Room was well equipped really spacious and very clean (comfy bed, double soundproof windows, long and heavy curtains for perfect dark). Very friendly and helpfull staff especially Kevin. He helped us a lot with basic informatons about city, transportation and trip planning. Always ready to help with great english. I hope we will see you soon again in Tirana hotel Ebel :-)

Beautiful rooms, lovely bathroom and comfortable bed.

Unfortunately, contrary to other reviews, we didn’t think the person on reception was friendly or welcoming. He was very short, and seemed annoyed at the few questions I had (eg when is breakfast or can we drink the water from the tap), but didn’t explain anything himself. When later on I went downstairs to ask if the air con wasn’t working, or we could turn off the heating (because the heating in our room was on and it was 28 degrees outside) - he just briskly said to open the window. The next day the other staff were all helpful, but the first impression does leave a mark.

Breakfast was varied and good. Staff were pleasant and friendly, room was decent and had superb climate control, bathroom and shower. The building was nice and pleasant. For the price we paid, we were content with our experience.

The room had issues, some of which we reported on our second night of four and were not remedied. We reported a leak in the toilet room coming from above as well as a broken chain lock for the door, however, other 'room specific' limitations such as the lack of plug sockets, the double/king bed actually being two singles put together and the ineffective sound proofing from outside the hotel (we overlooked a busy street which at night hosted some very loud cars/bikes). Further to this, certain services they claim to offer on the welcome paper such as their currency exchange do not seem to exist.

Spacious impeccably clean with new furniture, nice bed, very comfortable stay overall. Have to come earlier for breakfast or they run out of food, a nice selection with abundant fresh fruit!

The location is not that convenient as you have to walk 20 min to get to the happening area with all the attractions- the skendebeg square. This hotel is at the traffic roundabout by a huge shopping center so might serve some purpose. Walk to the center was not unpleasant just something to be aware of, especially on hot days

The best hotel we stayed during our balkan trip of 4 weeks. The interior of the hotel and the rooms were very beautiful designed and with very cute details. Supercomfortable bed and convenient stay with everything you need, even slippers and coffeemachine. The breakfast was amazing and lots of delicious local food in their beautiful restaurant, it was great to start your morning and the staff made for us fresh cappucino and orange juice. Because we needed printed bus tickets, the hotel lady was very kind to make prints for us. The area was also very convenient near the international bus station and very nice bakery Le Bon, about 15 min walk to the city square. We wish we could stay longer in Tirana and explore more of Albania!

Easy to locate, walking distance from Skandebeg Square and the international bus terminal; extremely helpful staff (even the non-English speaking staff!); high quality interior and (made in Germany) toiletries; great breakfast with a wide variety and fresh ingredients

The AC kept turning off on its own during my first night - it was probably set like that because it stayed on my second night after I clicked all the buttons. But it was a minor issue that wasn’t challening my highly positive stay at the hotel

Rooms are very cute, clean and well decorated! Check in was easy and quick. The staff was great and helped me book a taxi for my early morning flight and even provided a to-go breakfast.

I would have loved if there were luggage racks in the room. Parking instructions could have been clearer but I did appreciate that the front desk came out and parked for us! It also would have been nice to have more than one water bottle as there were two of us in the room.
