Situated 5 minutes on foot from Skanderbeg Square in quite a quiet place, all the most important sights in a walkable distance. The room was reasonbly big with A/C and a TV (but only radio channels tuned on it), lots of sockets, unfortunately no fridge. The bathroom was Ok (even with a hairdryer), toiletries and towels provided. There is a lift in the building. Breakfast was OK, only one kind of coffee, but quite tasty. Some cereals, yoghourt, sausages, cheese, salami, also some sweet options available. Nice staff with a good command of English.

There might be a fridge or a kettle in the room, they would come in handy, but you can do without them. Otherwise nothing I can think of.

location - near restaturants, 5 minutes walking distance to the airport bus and Skadeberg square, value for money, the room was fine, reasonably sized, bathroom was not too small and had strong pressure of hot water, hotel staff was accommodating, but the night receptionist did not speak a word of English, it is very tiring to communicate via google translate

my breakfast was included and I asked for an early breakfast as I needed to leave earlier, but I was told it was impossible, it would be handy to have a fridge and a tea kettle in the room

Livia hotel was wonderful. It’s in the center of Tirana. The hotel is secluded by a garden from the noisy street. The garden and the breakfast tables at the bar were very nice for breakfast. The breakfast was very good. The rooms were spacious, very clean with working AC. The hotel is a gem for the price (€50 per night for two people with breakfast included). I highly recommend it!

The internet was spotty inside the room, but it worked very well in the lobby.

I was in room 311 with a double bed for a couple weeks while waiting for an apartment. Good location near the new bazaar where restaurants are located. Short walk to Skanderbeg Square. Breakfast was included in my price -- the same food items, but enough to vary breakfast choices. Good work desk in the room. Bathroom is spacious with enough counter space to put your toiletries. Enclosed shower, but not so small. Though the building is only ground floor + 2 more, it has an elevator. Nice garden area with flowers. Value for the money.

No shelf in shower to put your soaps. Walls are thin, so you can hear noise from the hallway and next door rooms. I wish there had been a mini-fridge. The building is an older one, so the doors are old -- still use key locks and the rooms are therefore not as secure as I would prefer, yet I would stay here again.

Superb location close to Skanderbeg Square. Strong WiFi, great breakfast and friendly staff, what's not to like!

No fault of the hotel, but the dog from the property next door slept outside and barked a lot during the night. Was sleeping with windows open due to the heat. Was a big nasty looking dog as well!!

Great location off a side street (and removed from its traffic noise) with a shady seating area, very close to a lively bazaar and also to Skanderbeg Square. Reasonable buffet breakfast with good assortment of cooked and continental treats (except tea!). Rooms are of reasonable size and comfort and some are quite spacious - some seem to have a fridge, others don't and what you end up with doesn't seem much related to whether you book single or double... The staff are certainly helpful and patient despite the occasional language barrier.

Neighbouring flat's dog barking throughout the night (for south-facing rooms overlooking seating area - the hotel's north side seemed much quieter; we stayed on both sides at different times). The lobby's drinking water fountain is unavailable outside of meal times although bottled water is sold there 24hrs.

The first person who met us couldn’t speak any English and it was hard to understand him. Also, there was a problem in the shower faucet. Water was flowing in the faucet and showerhead at the same time.

centrally located. 5 mins walk from the airport shuttle drop off stop. Located on a good street with lots going on and short walking distance to shopping mall and foodies area. Hotel is welcoming with a pleasant entrance off the road. Room was very comfortable. great value for money with breakfast included. Wifi was pretty good.

can’t fault anything . Only stayed the one night. Hot water only lasts a short time as each room has an individual boiler. TV has no English channels. View from room window was a bit blah.

Excellent location, right in the city center, close to everything in walking distances (main landmarks, groceries, restaurant, bus station etc), clean room (they provide every day cleaning), nice and tasty breakfast, good communication with the staff.

If there a higher rating than 10 in terms value for your money, I would rate higher. I had a room which is enough for 3 people with breakfast for less than 30 eur. The restaurant is also cozy, a perfect place for people who would want to work while half way on vacation. They also serve great coffee. And another thing I appreciate is them going an extra mile to serve. I came at 12 nn and they let me in immediately. The cleaners even tried to finish cleaning my room as fast as they can.
