Very good signage, easy to find, central location. Staff speak good English, helpful and informative. Delicious breakfast, good selection of teas.Clean and quiet. All you need is there. Very comfortable bed and pillows ( I'm really fussy with it). Overall I had I very good night, good value for money. You can pay by card.

A little things, not important for most people. If you staying on the top floor, with a terrace, it may be not safe in the evening, going out of the apartment, down, no lights switches on automatically until the middle of the stairs. So is complete darkness. On the way back is ok, the detector is by the entry, little glass door, but not by the apartment. In the bathroom was no soap, only shampoo with hair conditioner. I have habitus to wash the hands with soap. The toilet ring is not fixed, constantly moving.

Absolutely friendly..3 Star Deluxe for sure..Easily found...location so central..nothing was a bother..payment by Visa on arrival was so straight forward..All sightseeing attractions a stone throw away..Plenty of hot water..nice and warm..Free Wifi brilliant reception...8th Floor view with mountain in distance was a nice feature..Left luggage easily for the day with no issues..the young guy on reception so polite as well as the lady in the morning. Highly recommend this Hotel..Thank you!..So glad I stayed..For the price I paid..amazing. Breakfast needs improving as I would pay a bit more for variety.

Just one criticism is the Breakfast..Far too basic..I would pay a little more for better Coffee..it was not nice from machine..Bread for toast doesn't need to be pre cut..Just more variety would be nice. Orange Juice was fizzy which was a bit strange. More meats would be nice!

Good price for money. It included breakfast and garage, and it is really well located to go walking to the city center. The beds are confortable, it was clean, spacious, and the breakfast was good

the shower did not drain the water well, but we were told it was a problem of the city not from the hotel The air conditioner didn’t work so well

I wish to thank the receptionist for the early check in that I asked,as I arrived very early in the morning in Tirana and I was very tired.The room was clean and quiet.The location is very close (5' walking) to the center of the city,and the neighbourhood is full of cafe's,restaurants and shops.I thought that Tirana isn't a popular tourist destination,but after some hours I changed my mind !!! In general I can say that Hotel Idea is not a 5 stars hotel, but it's an honest choise to stay when you visit Tirana.

The location is very nice, close to places to visit, the room is clean and useful, the owner is a very kind and helpful lady, and the girl at the reception was very helpful about places to visit.

The elderly staff working at the reception at night are unwilling and unhelpful. he was sleeping when we got to the hotel at night and he took more money from us for water since all the markets were closed at that time.

i stay 1 week , the hotel in perfect location near for cafeshop, supermarket , the mall shooping, near for all station bus you can go anywhere from station bus just you need to ask to know the way , hotel have privat parking if you rent car , hotel near for all resturant fast food ,shwerma pizza burger king , icecream shop , askander bec square, the brakefast is nice , the stuff working hard they cleaning everyday all the hotel i saw them they need big reward for the work, i cant explain how they are so beautiful mama (anila) 😊 and the sweetest girl in albania (eida) 😊 she is receptionist They have experience dealing with tourists and very friendly people i will come back again becouse i dont know how i cant see them again its bad feeling they will always be in my heart ❤️

Walking distance to town centre. Good cafe across the street. Many good restaurants around it. Beds are good & room is clean. Bathroom size is pretty decent.

There's a lift, but you have to walk up 2 separate flight of steps just to get to the lift, which is inconvenient if you have large luggage & people with mobility issues. A kettle will be good too, though you can get hot water from the bar downstairs.

The breakfast buffet is a standout feature at this hotel. The staff are also really hospitable and helpful. Signature Idea's location is good for buses around the city. Clean towels daily was a lovely touch.

Wifi did not work in my room, but it was fine in the dining/lounge area. Lighting in the bathroom is not good and the room's carpet had seen better days, but apart from these small drawbacks, this is a really good, well priced, inner city hotel where guests are made to feel very welcome.

Very helpfu and nice l staff and manager. Have some breakfast to start the day. Very good location. i was lucky becuase my room had acces to terace or balcony in first floor. I enjoyed fresh air there.
