Room was very tidy with neat towels and linen. Served good breakfast and they were very attentive as for timely refillings. Julien at the reception was very helpful in organising my tours and was very friendly too.

Check out was made difficult as Mr. Dan was very rude in telling my card was declined on the first attempt. I told him he may have to try it again as it has happened to me before. On trying it again it was accepted and the payment was through. The issue is that he was very rude in telling me that and was very reluctant to try it again. Barring for this incident my whole stay was pleasant and all staff were very well behaved and helpful.

Very central, clean and comfortable. The owner helped us by keeping a parking spot outside for us when we arrived and was happy to print our boarding passes. The breakfast was very nice, good coffee. It was extremely good value for money. The rooms and bathroom were perfectly fine, clean and hot water plentiful.

The room was on the small side but we only stayed one night so it was fine but I think for more than two nights it may be cramped for two people. The hair dryer was fixed to the wall and kept going off every minute or two. Not big issue really but if that’s an expectation you can be aware.

Very friendly and helpful staff, air-conditioning, we didn't have any noise disturbances from outside. We liked the location, central enough that we could walk to the main areas we wanted to visit, but also not too close to get caught up in too much traffic. We also appreciated the secure off street parking (in a parking garage).

The fridge made a loud noise whenever it was plugged in so we had to leave it unplugged. There was also no curtain on the window between the bathroom and bedroom, which I would have preferred for a bit more privacy. No one could see into the bedroom or bathroom though.

The hotel very well located, about 5-6 minutes walking from the main square in a quiet street. In walking distance tons of restaurants offer wide range of foods, local and mediterranian for reasonable prize. The staff is friendly and helpful, let me mention Julian, who is an endless source of history of Albania, the Ottoman Empire and all Tirana - thanks for the conversation!

For me the WiFi didn't work. Cannot mention anything else.

Fantastic stay - honestly place looks way better than the pics! The hotel ended up giving us a big room (which i don't think is what we paid for, so that was lovely). Asked to leave our bags there after check out and they said: as long as you need! Asked if i could have some coffee and tea after we had already checked out, and they said: of course! And they wouldn't take any money for it. Super lovely breakfast as well and again, the rooms and staff was superb. Hotel is also about a 15 min walk to the center of Tirana.

It is a great hotel that has been recently renovated and is in the city centre. The rooms are very clean and appointed to a high standard. The hotel staff are very helpful and provided great support in arranging short notice excursions. There was a good breakfast selection and a minibar is available 24/7.

The only minor downside is that the breakfast room is quite small, although there was sufficient space when we went for breakfast.

Comfortable quiet rooms. Breakfast is good. Location is central. Staff goes out of their way to get you what you need. Airport transfer can be booked at front desk although you can get better deals on the street.

You would do well to mark the hotel on your map as it is in a backstreet and a little hard to find. The a/c does blow straight onto the beds, which is not so good when you are trying to sleep. Breakfast starts a little late (7:30am) for early flights. Nevertheless you can help yourself to some cereal if you ask.

I needed a place to stay for my last night in Albania, in Tirana, and chose this hotel based on the reviews and its location and the price. And I was not disappointed. The hosts are really helpful and friendly. The location is great, easy walking distance to the entire central area of Tirana. The room and bed were comfy and quiet. The breakfast ... all you can eat with really good food and unlimited barista machine coffee! I will stay here again when I return to Tirana.

Clean, modern and well located to walk to everything in town. Good wifi and excellent hot shower. YouTube on TV. Rooms.are a great size with furniture to put a couple of suitcases on. Staff friendly and helpful. Highly recommend staying here.

If I had one criticism it would be that the breakfast choices (eggs, pancakes, French toast) are always cold.. Otherwise breakfast is a varied buffet and excellent fresh made cappuccinos and expresso coffees.

We had a quadruple room which was lovely and spacious for 4 adults travelling together, very clean and comfortable. Staff were welcoming and friendly especially Julian. Breakfast and coffee very good.

The air conditioning was difficult to operate but it is spring not summer so we didn’t ask for help. If we’d asked for help I’m sure we would have had some assistance. The location is a bit tricky for parking but you can pay 8 Euros to park in a car park nearby.
