Adela in reception was fantastic, she was very Friendly and extremely helpful. The facilities were great and the hotel was very clean. Would recommend it and stay again but would definitely be wary of room size.

The continental breakfast was good but the eggs and bacon ect were cold even when fresh came out. We booked the classic suite which was described as 2 bedrooms and 2 living areas, we also emailed to confirm this as there were 6 of us.. The room was open planned with just a wall and no doors between the bedroom and the living area this meant there was a double bed in the bedroom and the other beds (1 double and 2 single) were all in the living area.

Very comfortable room, friendly and professional staff. Everything is well-organized, pools (in and out) are clean and spacey. Playground open and located opposite the Restaurant, so parents can watch their offspring while having lunch/ dinner Very good breakfast with fruits, local cheese, bacon, eggs. The restaurant serves excellent pizza and grilled meals. Beer from the brewery nearby is good, though only a few sorts available. At two nights there were even shows at the restaurant. The hotel is an excellent choice for a few relaxing days after or before exploring Albania. Shuttle service to the airport at a reasonable price.

The City centre of Tirana can be reached with local buses starting from the QTU(?) Shopping Mall, a 10-minute walk from the hotel. However, buses are crowded and not easy to detect (City Park AS the final Destination) when trying to go back to the hotel from the centre. Quite a hassle, but locals tried to help. Besides the mall, there is nothing to do in the industrial area around the hotel complex.

What endeared me the most were the staff. They were so friendly and nice and were ready to go out of the world to attend to our needs. We were kinda stranded at the airport when we arrived. With no access to call networks (because we only had our UK lines), we quickly dialled them on whatsapp, and they sent their driver ASAP. We also loved how the room we paid for came as a package. The facilities there were worth it. Made the stay to be home away from home. I loved the fact that we could experience the spa sessions, gym facilities, and the closeness to shopping malls. The complementary breakfast being a buffet was also commendable. The check-in and check out times are also something worthy of mention.

For a resort of this magnitude, the entrance doors ought to be automatic sliding. If there was anything covid taught us, it was reducing how much you touch surfaces. The location of the resort was not somehow great. By location, I mean the access roads to the place. They were so bad and dirty. Clearly not a fault of theirs. The rooms were okay but would have been more comfortable. The windows could be more soundproof. We could hear noises emanating from the outside. The toilet could have been a bit better looking with the inside not looking sparkling enough. The toilet brush should be thrown away and replaced.

Not the easiest hotel to find, and the area is very industrial. It is an oasis of comfort, however, and has so much to offer, including excellent sports facilities and a restaurant. Breakfast was very good, and the room was lovely. Close to the airport and the main highway to Tirana and Durres

Popular with tour groups, and so it is better to have breakfast later. They could benefit from another coffee machine - the one there was slow, and it took a long time to get a coffee. We had a car and therefore could get to the hotel easily - would not recommend without your own transport

Fantastic hotel, Great spa , Superb Breakfast which was included with the price which was so so cheap, The suite they gave us was so big and met everything with needed for a family of 5, nice restaurant attached to the hotel and they provided music entertainment on the Friday night we was there

it was a little out the way, you had to get a bus from the airport to Tirana centre which went past the hotel and then get a bus from the centre back to the hotel there was no direct route, no airport shuttle bus mentioned when we did enquire when we was leaving to go back home

Good sized rooms with a decent shower. Good selection at breakfast. The indoor and outdoor pools were both about 25m long so good for swimming. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly.

It was strange that the pool only opened from 09.00 to 18.00 and that the pool bar closed at 18.00. It would have been nice to be able to enjoy the facilities longer. The restaurant had limited choices for vegetarians. The hotel is about 30 minutes drive from the city centre with a lot of traffic.

The staff were kind and warm. The facility has 2 indoor pools and a gym which are free. The place was clean and quiet. The kids area is nice, and the breakfast was good too. It is close to the bus stop and they can organise an airport pick up or drop off for you. The rooms are spacious and with good storage. There's a spa with jacuzzi, steam room and sauna all included in the price.

Excellent facilities, the spa is a lovely addition! Immaculately clean and comfortable, plenty of space for guests. Breakfast had a varied selection and was excellent every single day, food is excellent

Service could be a little more attentive at night however this is a minor constructive feedback and not a complaint x we had a car, may have been more difficult to get around without it but excellent road links to literally everywhere !

The hotel has everything, spa, gym, restaurant, pool and travel agency. Spa was very nice!! The staff was increadible friendly and always helpful. Easy to book nice day tours with the travel agency. Close to shopping mall with cinema and bus into city.

We had booked rooms with balcony and garden view, but the hotel rooms had either garden view OR balcony. Not both. We had to choose. The garden view included the parking lot too. The gym did not have new equipment, was public and open to people not staying at the hotel.

Great hotel one of the best been visiting 8 yrs now .

I used to say this had the best menu in Albania sadly its shrunken to such a smaller version I don't eat there any more . I would visit on a Fri or Sat for a meal and the live music I loved watching the Albanians traditional dancing .Sadly its now a singer and organist they may as well just play back ground music like the rest of the week . And finally the breakfast which used to be great is awefull none of the warmers work just over cooked bacon over cooked hot dog sausages dried eggs ect My girl left every thing she chose as I did i and others I saw . They used to have a larger toaster that's gone and a small George forman grill sits there red hot a danger to children to warm over cooked food . Stella you may as well ditch breakfast because it will definitely put people off returning .
