Ihad a truly wonderful experience staying at hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the polite and professional staff, who went out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible. A special mention goes to the receptionist, Joni, whose hospitality and genuine kindness made a lasting impression. Joni was incredibly attentive, ensuring my check-in process was smooth and offering helpful recommendations for nearby attractions and dining options. They always greeted me with a smile, making me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. The hotel itself was spotless, well-maintained, and had all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The attention to detail in both the service and the ambiance truly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service and a pleasant experience. Thank you, Joni, and the entire team for making my visit so memorable. I look forward to staying here again!

I only stayed one night but I was very happy with my visit - staff was super kind and helpful, the room was well cleaned and felt fresh, the bed was big. The breakfast was okay for the price. The girl in the reception on the day of the checking out was the kindest ever; helped me book a taxi and walked me out to the taxi to make sure everything went alright :)
The only thing I was unhappy with was the fact that the warm water in the shower did NOT work. Super unpleasant. After travelling a long day I would really have appreciated a warm, hot shower. I did not ask to change room as I was arriving late (around 24:00) and was only going to stay one night.

Great location, room, pool and sauna. Staff were helpful when asked questions No hidden charges which seen in past reviews
Safe did not work in room, couch area looked damaged made staff aware incase tried charging me but all in really enjoyed my stay.

I love the place, and the stuff was great. Sara in reception was fantastic and very helpful and polite. The food was good and has a very reasonable price
There are only unexpected fees for city tax, but the manager sorted it out. Any I am happy

Super clean big room..perfect location.. alot of shops around the hotel. Fast WiFi.. comfortable bed .. clean bathroom. Friendly and helpful stuff..
The open buffet is poor.. just pasta and beef and no other choices for those who doesn't like beef

Not really a tv watcher but there are no channels unless you get a box from reception which i presume you pay for. This is the only hotel i know who does this so if wanting tv be aware.

comfy bed hot tub delicious food very accessible stuff
spa room with pool was very cold, even water in pool was cold. receptionist who was in same room as we were, wore winter jacket while we were in swimwear.
