It is an excellent budget wellness hotel in Andorra. We were lucky to be in low season so the spa facilities were quite chill and we even got to be alone in the pool and sauna. The staff attention is excellent providing towels and deposit for luggage as well. We found the beds comfy and the room size very good.

The rooms are quite noisy and the walls thin. Even if there were not so many guests in the hotel it seemed, we heard awkward noises at night and could even distinguish normal conversations from our neighbors next door. It would be better to keep more distance to other occupied rooms if there is the possibility. The sauna and pool are small so they get busy quickly, even in low season.

Location was perfect to our needs, big room, very good and varied breakfast. Sauna and swimming pool on the roof.

Be carefull when you choose the room, I wasn't. In my language ' view of the courtyard' without traffic noise sounds better than street view in citycenter. In english it was translated 'no view' - excatly what I got, window was covered. When you opened the window all the air condition agregates of hotel were behind the window with a loud noice. 'No view' was my fault, but loud noise..., maybe not.

Something we appreciate was the location since it's very close to the city center and the bus station. Also the reception was very professional and helpful to give some information regarding restaurants and touristic places not to miss. Furthermore the room that we have been given was huge with comfortable big beds and many facilities (including small fridge, TV, wardrobe).

There are only two little negative things to point out. We found some black hair in the toilet on the towels and on the toilet surfaces. Apart from this we had an issue with the heating that was not working. However the receptionist immediately came to fix it and showed his availability in case the problem persisted. The radiator in the toilet didn't work but it was not a huge deal.

In the centre of Andorra with parking, room very spacious, staff very friendly, clean throughout, we arrived late evening so never eat in the hotel although did see the dining room which offered a buffet service from 8pm to 10pm. If we had stayed for more than one night we would have used more facilities.

Apart from a cockerel waking us at 5am, the only thing I would have liked was a small hand rail to get in and out of the bath for a shower as being over 65 the bath was a bit slippery when wet and our knees could do with a little help.

The Restaurant all-you-can-eat Buffet was excellent. We had a lot of options to choose from. The area was clean and had lots of spaces to sit and eat with your family or partner.

The pool area was a bit crowded at the time I went. Lots of kids playing with their parents. we didn't get to really enjoy it and had to leave the pool area.

Room size was great with air conditioning. Best location for shops easy walking distance. Check in staff were great answering my questions. Safe Parking underground for my motorcycle,and also if you have a car. This is extra cost but I knew that before I booked. Easy access to mountains. Spa tub on roof.

Odd shaped bath shower set up in my room The title of hotel would be better. if it was called Andorra center a best hotel I wouldn't have looked for best hotel.

The people at the desk were very helpful.

A little map for directions to bus station would be good.. one showing how to walk from hotel to the elevator down to lower streets.. then to station.. Be good to attach to booking you take also.. I’m sure it would be appreciated. Regards Michael Clarkin ( Australia)

Very good location for shops and restaurants. Secured unground parking. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was very good with excellent choice.

Road traffic a bit noisy through closed windows. Air conditioner was noisy. Hot food was on the cold side

I loved the spa. The pool and sauna were empty when I arrived so I good enjoy them to myself. The breakfast is a great mix of continental and warm food. Staff all speak Spanish, Catalan, French and English and are very helpful!

location was good, parking was good, hotel was clean and reception were helpful

i was disappointing the dining room turned out to be just a buffet dinner, and not also a la carte, also no offer was made for wine or drinks with dinner
