This is a lovely older hotel in the old part of Andorra Vella and very close to the main bus station. We had an economy room, so it was quite small but the size of the bathroom more than made up for the smaller room. It was spotlessly clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The continental buffet breakfast was well presented and plenty to fill up on. All of the staff were pleasant and the reception staff were particularly helpful with getting around the town.

There was nothing we didn't like but maybe the hotel could add either a little map or description of the short cut to the main bus station on booking.com. It would have made getting up to the hotel with our luggage so much quicker and easier.

Good buffet breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, good location close to city centre.

Interior rooms can feel a little gloomy. Getting there from the bus station is tiring if you don’t know about the lifts to higher street levels.

We had a perfect experience at Hotel Pyrénées. Staff was very helpful in every contact. Also, despite the location being perfectly central in Andorra-la-vella, it has a great and spacious parking building (which is gold when talking about using a car there), that avoided any possible issue with parking the car and getting around the towns with the car. Breakfast is of very good quality and at a good price. Nothing to complain and would strongly recommend it.

The only minor issue we had was the noise when other rooms turn on the shower in the Morning, which ended up waking us up earlier and the noise was kind of scary.

Breakfast was great and so was location. We would definitely stay here again. Easy drop off also from the bus from Barcelona.

The location 12 minutes from bus station was helpful to us. We also liked that it was near the old town and shopping. The room was small but adequate. We loved having a tub. We couldn't get the AC to work so that wasn't the best but we didn't call and inform the clerk as it was late. It was VERY clean!

The AC. There was a celebration that evening so it was noisier than usual but otherwise the location was so good. Sometimes things like that happen and it wasn't the fault of the hotel that the street was noisy. The balcony door cut a lot of the noise but then the room got a little stuffy. We would use this hotel again as it was the perfect place for us.

We arrived late in the day and were pleased to find that while on a main street the hotel has a dedicated parking spot to unload right in front, a small thing, but well appreciated. The reception was very friendly and recommended a couple local restaurants which were quite good. The breakfast was a typical European buffet which had a good assortment of breads, cheese, meats, drinks, etc, all well laid out to prevent clumping up. The dinner we had the first night was good, but not outstanding, and the service was attentive and friendly. The room was very clean though on the small side--no real ability to sit around comfortably. There was adequate outlets for electronic devices. Parking is in a detached garage two levels down in a building behind the hotel. One has to remember to bring the room key as it is needed to get one's car in and out. As a bonus, it is located in the old section of Andorra de Vallee and is somewhat charming. All in all we would gladly stay here again.

AS mentioned, our room is on the small side with no ability to sit around.

They are great professionals in their field. - Great location, we reached all our destinations in Andorra la Vella on foot. - Underground parking - We booked 3 small rooms with windows to the courtyard, there was a little bit of noisily, but it was in peak season, so no other options left. But it was OK to spend the night. - The hotel room has everything necessary (bath accessories, hairdryer, towels, Wi-Fi, safe, etc.). - Good breakfast.

Breakfast was good: Wide selection (croissants, donuts, muffins, carrot cake, bread with hams, cold cuts, cheese, garlic, tomatoes and fruits) with fruit juice, tea or coffee. I don't have any food intolarancies, so I have not checked if they had gluten/lactose/other-free options (beyond the fruits).

I have heard the noises from the corridor and other rooms (through the light shaft), but for me it wasn't annoying, it was temporary and closing the windows helped a lot. Earliest breakfast option was 8 am and I had to leave for my bus on the last day, so had to skip it. :(

One you cannot beat is the location, it is perfect. You should that the path from the bus station to there walking is 5 min and not 10-15min as google maps says... There are public elevators in the way that works as shortcuts (helps a lot when you are carrying heavy bags). The communication was good, the staff was nice, the breakfast was really good and we stayed for the Christmas dinner, for which I can also recommend.

The rooms are a little bit small, but this is not really a problem to complain about. Just saying to be aware if you have to organize big luggage and etc. But it is still 10/10 hotel

I liked everything about this exceptional Hotel. Leticia, the front desk is an excellent human being for that reason I was my second time in this hotel. From the fisrt time, she explained me everything about this country for that reason it was very easy my vacations there and now I went there for second time. Also, all staff is very professional, kind and lovely people. I love them, Lilia Leon
