Enjoyed breakfast. Was lovely to have our bed made up. Great cupboard space. Great view from the balcony. Aircon worked well. Plenty of towels, which were lovely and soft. Close to all shops and restaurants. Laundry across the road.

Ran out of soap in the shower. Wish there were tea and coffee making facilities. A bigger spot for suitcases would be great. More English speaking staff would be awesome too, as well as better communication when the restaurant would be open. More red wine choices would be great too. Room cards stopped working repeatedly. Was told at the end that holding them near my phone would cause that.

I found Andorra to be very peaceful - it is much like Luxembourg or Scotland on that point, also it is more cost effective than I thought it would be (the wine here is not just good, it is also cheaper than in La Francaise) The check in was fine and the lift useful, it's often a pleasant change after sleeping with strangers to have a room of your own. The 1940's restaurant downstairs was cost effective and the meal enjoyed - the hotel overall was of a high standard. Apart from the peace and quiet, food and drink that was more cost efficient than elsewhere I also enjoyed walking around Andorra la vella - I would come back here. The Filatelia Andorrana (the stamp and coin shop nearest to the Hotel) closed down whilst I was here, however there is still at least one other (La Paperassa on Carrer Isabelle Sandy) although I was shocked to find that it took slightly more than ten minutes to get there (there are restaurants and bars amongst other businesses along the way)

The staff was kind and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Very nice breakfest and great location.

I was travelling by car with my wife and two children. The hotel has a parking lot in the underground level of an annex building. However, the lift in this building was out of order, so it became difficult to move from the parking lot to my hotel room with the baby stroller and the luggage. A member of the staff helped me bringing the luggage to my room in our arrival, but we would still face the same 'parking lot > hotel room' move another four days, so it was still an inconvenience.

Good location with very nice HVAC (important to Americans), easy to access rooms. Bar & restaurant in lobby. Staff that is very helpful and speaks English (big plus!). Room bathrooms were nice too. Front/street facing rooms seem to be a little bit bigger and have balconies. VERY close to shopping of all kinds and food of most every flavor. Neighborhood seems very walkable and safe.

Restaurant is closed on Wednesdays & Thursdays. Parking garage is very small. Compact cars are fine. Pool was closed while we were there. Breakfast in the hotel restaurant was good but lacked eggs or bacon etc. still a good value for the money.

I really liked how centrally located it was. It was minutes away from the bus station making it easier to visit other parishes. The staff were exceptional. As there was no AC yet turned on in the room, I was provided with a fan. I was still suffering from jet lag and they had my room ready befoe official checkin. I really appreciated having that extra time for a nap the staff recommended some restaurants with localcuisine.. The breakfast was rich with cheeses, meats, and pastries. Coffee and tea were avaible with juices. For additional prices, you could request hot items, like eggs and bacon.

The cost of the breakfast was 3 euros more than where I stayed previously and they included eggs, bacon, and a variety of cheeses. The toilet paper was rough and one ply.

it’s just five minutes walking from the bus station. there is a lift/elevator to come to this hotel which I learnt after I checked in. otherwise have to claim a steep road. the staff were very friendly and helpful, they have responded and suggested to visit the places. the room was good size, it’s hot inside, just open the window for better weather. the shower, toilet and towels are just perfect. very good breakfast.

no Air conditioner, they have centralized heating system and there is big silence in the room made me creepy ;) after discussed with reception staff opened the window to have a better weather.

Very nice room with a big bathroom. Our requests for a quiet room and a double bed have been fulfilled. Staff was very friendly as well. The location is excellent - quiet area and very close to the center.

Breakfast could have been better - there aren't many options. Coffee is not good as well. Also, we asked for a late check out and we were told to ask only on our last day, prior our check out. When we asked, we were told it is not possible due to availability. However, the reception did not even try to do the extra mile. It is the first time that we did not have late check out - not even for 30 minutes.

Lovely clean room, many towels (hand, face, bath) which were big and soft. We especially liked the bed which was very comfortable. Reception was friendly and check in/check out was easy. Wifi was pretty good too. Windows in the room can open fully.

Not much. The room was a bit small - for example the cupboard doors could not open fully because of the bedside table. The room lights required the keycard to be in the slot and would shut off immediately if the card was removed - a little awkward with only one card if one person wants to stay in the room with the lights on.

Historical feel and very comfortable with most modern of everything. Delicious buffet breakfast. The staff was very friendly. The bed was super comfortable. Quick hot water and very nice liquid soap/shampoo. Able to store luggage there for a late bus out.

It was a little hard to figure out how to get to, from the bus station, partly due to construction. It is a bit of a climb up unless you know about and find the public elevator. It was a holiday when I arrived, and open restaurants were in a different section of town, likely not a common issue.

My room (single) was quite small and with no window facing backyard, which was not surprising after I had seen some pictures. Breakfast was good, served in time slots of 45 minutes from 8 till 10.30. (cereals, salami, ham, cheese, some sweet options), several kinds of bread, a good choice of coffee and tea. Two-minute´s walk to the Town Hall and church, 5-minute´s walk to restaurants and shopping centres, 10-minute´s walk to the bus station. Staff helpful and friendly at the front desk as well as in the breakfast lounge.

The room was sometimes a bit noisy from the backyard and the corridor, but not unbearable. Eggs and warm dishes at breakfast are paid extra.
