The premises looked very modern and neat. The staff of the hotel were super friendly and helpful. The room was equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

I wish there were more restaurants/cafes nearby where you can eat.

The hotel is new, modern and convenient. The rooms are large. The bed is big and comfortable. There is plenty of space. I liked the desk which was wide enough to accommodate all my electronic stuff

Lack of communication between the staff. One day I asked in the reception whether I could come to breakfast half an hour earlier. They agreed. The next day it turned out that the lady in the dining room was not aware of my request. Moreover she was quite unpleasant. Everything had already been set for the meal but she kept huffing about my early coming as if it made any difference whatsoever. A big minus. The second issue - two nights in the row there was a very loud party in the room next to mine. It lasted way over midnight. Nobody gave two hoots to that situation. I am pretty sure, the hotel policy forbids making any parties in hotel rooms and of course you are not allowed to make such noise at night.

Excellent value for money. Everything was clean. I gave this hotel a straight 10 because everything was perfect but the weather, but they're not to blame for that. From cleaning Staff (always smiling) to the waitress in the Cafe, including the Chef, to the reception, all over very helpful and friendly staff. Simple but great breakfast with Fruits / Vegetables (different every day). Some Shops / take aways 30 seconds walk away from the hotel as well if you need anything. Very clean, great bed

Room was cold upon my arrival, took 1-2 hours to warm up, that's pretty much my own criticism, but given the high energy costs, fully understandable how they handle it, and certainly not a deal breaker and not much of an inconvenience.

I loved my stay at the hotel, even though it was a short 2-night stay, but the bed and the rooms were comfy and clean. Modern bathrooms and everything were made for your own comfort. It's not quite in the city center, but the taxis are so cheap in Yerevan compared to other countries, that within a 10-minute ride, you will find yourself at the heart of the city; therefore, the location isn't bad at all. In fact, the location is within the center, but away from the core of the city where you will find the tourists. I will definitely stay at this hotel next time I travel to Yerevan!

Everything was great. I did not try their breakfast, so I can't review the breakfast for that reason.

The hotel is in like new condition, very high grand ceilings and very nicely decorated. The rooms are at the perfect size with opening windows so you can stand and enjoy the breeze and view of the city and mountains. The bed was excellent for my taste, firm. Wifi was fast and easy to connect. Breakfast offered some local Armenian and European cuisine. The hotel is just a block away from the Metro which costs just 100 Dram ($0.30) each trip, so you can save yourself money by staying a little bit out of the city center. Excellent hotel, highly recommended.

Only very minor things I didn't like, such as the air-conditioning was working but would not cool the room lower than 23'C even when it was 20'C outside in late April. Might be a problem during Summer heat. Also in the bathroom the shower has no door, so obviously water sprays into the bathroom. It's a trendy thing to do nowadays, but we need doors in showers! Both are very minor problems. Still 10/10 rating.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at an exceptional hotel that truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I could tell that this was going to be a remarkable experience. The hotel's commitment to cleanliness and hygiene was evident throughout my entire stay. First and foremost, the rooms were spotless. It was evident that the hotel took cleanliness seriously, as every corner of the room gleamed with pristine perfection. The linens were crisp, the floors were immaculate, and the bathroom was sparkling clean. I appreciated the attention to detail, and it made me feel instantly at ease knowing that I was staying in such a hygienic environment.

I had a nice stay with Sphera，I would like to thank Hrach and David from the reception and assistance who made me feel at home and cared for. N the girls at the reception are friendly too. One nasty problem with a Russian staff came up on checking out but the manager on duty solved it very professionally. Would come back again！

Would suggest better staff training on "some special individual" that could cause big issues for hotel's reputation in the futures. Would also suggest better sound proof that faces the main road with noisy traffics.

Apartment in general is very convenient.

Didn't like that alot of the staff members weren't as equipped in terms of language and that's a barrier which could be improved upon... So many things too time to explain to the staff as they weren't quite well versed in English.

Amazing hotel: brand new with very spacious rooms, clean, friendly staff, comfortable bed, convenient workplace for remote workers, stable WiFi connection, very interior in the hotel. Highly recommended as it seems to be very good value for money paid

Breakfast was very basic, nice baking, but limited choice of hot meals Location is nearby railway station, so the hotel is not in the city center. It takes 10 min so subways and 2 station to the center or 2$ and 10 min taxi ride. It wasn't and issue at all.
