The flamingo island alone makes it worth it to stay at this hotel. The best beach in entire Aruba and we went to all famous public beaches! Also these: - Extremely convenient to get to and back from the flamingo island during the day with 15 min away schedules. Always on time and super professional boat staff. - Food and drinks on the island are really tasty and comparable to cool restaurants outside (as a regular non-all inclusive person interested in local food). - Rooms are not luxurious but very comfortable, modern, clean and enough. - Staff was very nice, friendly and helpful at all places. - They don't let a lot of daypassers to come and flood the flamingo island which is what I was afraid of but it never felt too crowded and was relaxing at all times. - The most convenient location, walking distance to may restaurants, bars, shopping mall and souvenir stores.

- The rooms can use a little bit more fancy upgrades & comfort touchings. - A bit noisy at night since our room was facing the shopping mall side and there was street music late. - Was a bit disappointed with the private cabanas. Cabanas are great but for the very high price they should at least include some food and cocktails in a bundle.

I loved that Flamingo and Iguana Island was included. The staff was so nice and tried to accommodate any problems. The hotel was beautiful and not too far from the airport. Also everything was in walking distance.

It was just me n my husband. The rooms are conjoined. Nextdoor to us was a group. You could hear every word they were saying. It was like they were in a room with us. Also, we purchased an ocean suite. When we got to the room, all we could see was the pool. The ocean was hiding behind it. They fixed it by putting us in another room on a higher level, but said that it is the ocean suite and we would have to pay more for an ocean view room. I feel like they need to address that on the website.

I booked 2 nights on booking.com. ($957 with taxes) I paid $983 upon check-in. (+26$) I informed the hotel that it was more than when I booked. They didn't deal with it. Booking.com didn't credit me for the difference either. We signed a contract for a fixed price. They unilaterally changed the price. I paid for my consumption in cash upon check-out. The $100 deposit has not been refunded to my credit card since then. Do I have to beg for my money? (not a pending item on my card, but a charge)

The staff, the property, the location, the amenities and the private beach! The food quality is the only thing that needs a little improvement. We were happy not to have added the meal plan as we thought the food was better going to the local restaurants.

We went to Aquarius and Fresco restaurants on the property. We were disappointed in the quality for the price.

The hotel room was nice. It was spacious, had a dresser, and the bathroom was nice. The hotel had a boat running inside to take people to the private island which was amazing! The restaurants were great. Some of them are at the other hotel which is renaissance waterfront. I stayed at the adult only hotel which was marina side. The restaurants listed are for both hotels. They have transportation back and forth and you can also walk. It’s about 2-3 blocks.

I wish they changed the sheets on the bed. We stayed 6 days with the same sheets the entire time. I also didn’t like that most of the restaurants require a reservation at dinner time. When you’re in an island and doing excursions, it’s hard to know exactly what time you’re going to eat dinner it seemed that almost all of the restaurants needed a reservation at night.

The adult-only section of the Renaissance Wind Creek resort was perfect for a romantic couples' vacation. The private island provided a quiet space to enjoy the beaches, and the flamingoes were an extra special attraction on the island. The boat ride to the island was quick and easy to access. All the staff in every position along the way were extremely helpful and friendly! And having the casino down the hall was an added bonus for a fun-filled, adult get-away!

I like a cold room, but the air conditioning was hard to moderate once set for a cooler temperature. A point for improvement on the island would be a guide/host to tour and explain all the wildlife on the beaches and in the waterways.

The private island was a highlight of our stay on Aruba.. Not only the flamingos, but also all the other birds, iguanas, a lot of different fish and mangrove trees. Also the drinks at the beach were good and fairly priced, and the service was great. The room was also very comfortable, stylish and clean. Pool and bar area at the main hotel were nice as well. We had a very good seafood dinner at Aquarius including lobster all you can eat. The gym was nice as well.

Breakfast on the privat island was really poor. Get the breakfast at the hotel, it's way better (but 4,50$ extra for a Cappuccino, only americano included... the italian family next to us really suffered). We didn't like the private beach area at the hotel itself at all. Go to the island or go to any of those beautiful beaches Aruba has to offer). There was no drink offered at check in, when we had to wait at least 45min, and then we were told the room was not ready yet. At 17:15 when it should have been ready at 16:00. We didn't except that of course. There were two areas, and the main building (were we stayed) did have a much better atmosphere. In general, the hotel can be recommended, but it is not excellent and the price is only acceptable because of the private island.

Private beach. Front desk service was immaculate and everyone was so pleasant and willing to help in any ways possible. Restaurant staff was super nice and exceptionally friendly. Bell boys and drivers from one hotel to the next was always ready and available to take us whenever we wanted to go to the OCEAN suites and be brought back to our hotel.

The ride to the private island, I had one incident whereby 2 riders did not have any mask on, when I asked them to put their mask on they claimed they did not have COVID and did not need mask. suggest that before anyone enters the boat they MUST have their mask on.

All round amazing, from the design to the private beach. Nice half-open building, cool bars... I stayed there to celebrate my birthday and received a beautiful surprise. The staff was very friendly in general but I'd like to specifically mention the dear people working on the private island at Papagayo, we felt like visiting local friends there. Also, the food was heavenly.

I'm hesitant to mention it's very expensive because it's also fantastic. If flamingos and a bit of luxury are your thing, go and treat yourself to a once-in-a-lifetime dream holiday if you can.
