The hotel is close to tourist sites.

They did not clean the room daily, there were also delays in replacing the food that was out of stock at breakfast.

Parking and room access. Good water pressure in the shower. Aircon was good and bunk beds were comfortable. Location was ok. TV was ok. Little balcony was also good to have. Main bed was quite large and comfy too.

The floor vacuuming in the room could be better, especially under the bed. The bathroom vanity was cracked but overall bathroom and shower were quite good. The linen sheets were clean but the blankets were dated and had some stains. TV only had free to air channels, not possible to stream anything on the TV or even plug in a google chrome. The pool water was very cold, even on a hot summer's day.

We had a delicious dinner. 1st Class all round from the gracious Welcome from the Receptionist when we arrived for dinner to the Waiter who graciously served us and the 1st Class meal.

We enjoyed the older style accomodation. The Birch trees, the lovely Bird songs to wake up to. The friendly Staff that went out of their way to make us feel Welcome. The Dining room, looking over the Swimming Pool. Happy other Guests which added to the atmosphere. Thanks.

The room was neat & tidy with 2 beds, quiet location *note: cleaning service is every 3 days, bus stop was handy just out the front. Reception is 24 hours and the restaurant/bar is opposite reception. Uber to Woden cost around $20 to the bus interchange and Westfield. A taxi from the airport was $37 on a Saturday morning. A pleasant place to stay, nice suburb, would stay here again.

I wasn't aware of a handy shop near Ibis if needing anything.( Shopping centres easy access by bus). The bathroom products are nice but in a large pump style bottle and it is not visible if running low and unable to remove. One product was empty.

When we checked in late at night the receptionist was extremely helpful, happy and friendly. Lovely lady. When we needed help with the TV a staff member came within 5 mins to help us. The beds were very soft, clean and comfortable. Room size was great for a family. Kids loved the bunk bed and their pizza from the restaurant. Electric blanket on the parent bed was amazing for a cold night. Room heater worked well and heated up the space quickly. We had a room on the top floor but even thought the place was full, we weren't disturbed by any noises. We could park close to the door which was helpful as I was travelling with 3 small children.

I called the reception 4 times over 20 mins and they didn't answer. When I walked down the lady had been busy. We couldn't figure out how to get our TV working. Ordered food to takeaway: the ravioli was quite bland. If you slept too close to the edge of the bed you would roll off. Electric blanket on the single bed would have been good.

We stay here a few times a year. It’s just off the highway and has everything we need - including dinner and breakfast.

It seems the cleaning staff turn the televisions on in each room and the television was on in the room abutting the wall our bed was against and as it wasn’t occupied, it was on continuously all night. This impeded our ability to sleep!!! However on mentioning this to the manager at checkout, he apologised and offered us a discount on our next stay.

I had to book this one quite right on the spot and to my surprise the price of a nice family room was still $128 and the staff was very nice too. Especially this young lady who was at the counter and made me feel so so welcome and made sure , every thing has been taken care of . So my dear friend, I don't even know your name .But whenever I come to the capital of Australia, without Hesitation I would book the place in Ibis styles CANBERRA

Hmmmm. Can't really find fault

The room was clean and tidy as was the the bathroom. The restaurant that's I the hotel was good and the staff where so lovely. Rood at the restaurant was good. The buffet breakfast was amazing!

There was no menus for the room service in the rooms I had to go looking for one in the reception area. We also packed up our stuff and went for breakfast at restaurant which was buffet style ( loved it ) and when we returned to our room so the kids could go to the toilet. The cleaners had already started cleaning but he hadn't checked out yet. Was weird. But other then that it was lovely.

The whole experience was great. Check in was so easy. The night girl was so helpful and clear on everything.The beds are so comfortable. It made falling asleep so easy. The choice for breakfast was so nice. The fruit was fresh and not tinned. Juice was cold and not room temp. and the dinner menu WOW. Amazing variety and so yummy too

The only gripe I have is that the coffee machine for breakfast doesn't make nice coffee. I was so glad that we could get one from a barista. Oh and some extra sugar in the rooms would be good. Most people have 2 sugars per cup and when there is only 3 sugars it doesn't really work.
