Stayed one night September 2024, travelling from Mudgee via Sofala (a great drive), ahead of a visit the next day to Mayfield Gardens, Oberon (a lovely 40 minute drive away). Very friendly and helpful staff. We were assigned Room 67 at the end of the complex, a Deluxe Queen Room, away from the main road. Very spacious, quiet, modern, very comfy bed, great shower. We rated as best overall accommodation and set-up in our 10 day road trip from Sydney to Gloucester - Muswellbrook - Mudgee - Bathurst - Oberon - Goulburn and back to Sydney. We took advantage of the free drinks voucher at nearby RSL Club for dinner (200m away) which proved to be a very popular venue and we enjoyed a very nice dinner. Would certainly stay again.

We arrived late and the manager had put the heating on in the room ahead of our arrival on a very cold night. Great personal touch. Electric blankets also avail. The location of this motel is awesome, we walked to the Winterfest in the CBD, ate a delicious meal at nearby pub, had a warm mulled wine and walked home to comfy beds and warmth. Supermarket, takeaway foods and local Club on the doorstep. Perfect. The parking was adequate and outside our room door, felt secure. Great for families or couples. We will continue to stay here.

We were short a couple of towels in the room but manager was very apologetic and sorted it straight away.

The room and the place and breakfast and specially fresh eggs was amazing!

We had a sauna booked for one hour and expected to enjoy a full hour inside at a hot temperature. However, the owner informed us that the time it takes for the sauna to heat up is included in that hour. As a result, we only had 15 minutes left to enjoy the sauna, and it was only 55 degrees inside (with 60 being the maximum). This meant we didn't get the full hour of sauna time as guaranteed. Usually, when you rent a sauna for an hour, you expect to enjoy an hour inside at a hot temperature, not spend 45 minutes waiting for it to be ready to use.

It is a semi house which is suitable for our five friends travel group. We like to have dinner there and have some space for playing card at night.

We are a group of friends include a couple and three women and we actually need four beds. When I made the booking, I did not realize only one single bed in the third room. I messaged the management when I realized the situation. I asked if we can have two single beds. I have not got a reply. Eventually one of our friend has to sleep on a sofa. Although it is not the motel's fault, I believe they can do better.

The friendly greeting by the receptionist on arrival was a great beginning for my stay. She made sure I had everything in my room to make my stay comfortable and independent. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room warm for those chilly starts in Bathurst.

My room had a shower over the bath ( a walk-in shower wasn't available when I booked), a hand rail and non-slip mat were available, but care was needed.

We had a queen room on the ground floor, which was very spacious and well designed. We especially liked the annex next to the bathroom. It had the wardrobe, fridge and microwave, and generous bench space. We could have asked Reception for plates, cutlery etc.The room was not far from the main road, but was very quiet.

One of the lights over the bed was faulty. Otherwise, we had no problems.

Really great size, comfy bed, close to everything, lovely staff.

Everything was perfect except the parking situation. I was on night shifts, so was returning to the accommodation at weird hours and there were no parks left, so I had to park down the road and walk back to the accomodation at night which felt scary.

Very friendly & accomodating staff, room was spacious & very clean, & bed was really comfortable.

When we arrived our room had been sprayed heavily with air freshener. It was quite overpowering. Once it dissipated it was clear that the drain in the bathroom was smelly. We were out for the majority of our stay so it was okay but if staying in the room longer I would have mentioned it.

the room was clean and warm even for winter and beds comfortable. WiFi worked well enough for access to many streaming channels. Shower had great pressure and staff were very helpful and friendly. Parking was abundant and location was within walking distance to city centre and may restraunts. Our stay was enjoyable and without issue.

The kitchenette area was shared with the bathroom sink which felt a bit crampted. It could have done with at couple of towel hangers or something so you could get more bench space but in all not really a problem.

We got upgraded by the kind staff of Heritage Inn as due to some error they was overbooked. But due to their due consideration they just didn't cancel our booking or return money.they upgraded us to their best unit which was a complete renovated 3 bed room full house with a nice backyard. Very clean and top notch condition property with kitchen, new fridge and 52 inch tv with own lounge.. Truly grateful for their kindness and service provided.
