Location was perfect. Great size for a group of 10

Not The Terraces fault but we all felt Byron should stop charging for parking. V off-putting given that visitors come in to town and spend money. Also noted a generalised intolerance towards tourists..eg waited 30 mins in coffee queue while locals who ordered after us were served first … kind of unwelcoming. Luckily, the beauty of BB compensates.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Byron on the beach. It had all the amenity you could need for your stay and the apartment was very comfortable, spacious and clean. Giles, the host, was an absolute superstar! We lost the keys and forgot our belongings there after our stay and Giles was so quick to get it sorted and organized. We can’t thank you enough! Cannot recommend our stay at the Terraces more highly.

Great location, love being able to walk to beach and restaurants. Very comfortable beds and lounge. Nicely decorated interior. Good size kitchen and facilities. Undercover secure parking area.

Trip hazard with change of floor levels going into the kitchen and laundry areas. That 30mm got our toes too many times.

The location was fantastic! Very easy to relax and get everywhere without any fuss.

I didn’t realise the rooms were split across three levels, the first night I was nervous of my young kids having to go up the stairs to find me but after that it was fine. Very comfortable- I just hadn’t realised prior to booking but it was fine

Such great service - there was a problem with our booking in that Booking.com did not feed it through to the site! Giles went over and above, on the phone to Booking.com for hours, even though they were fully booked he somehow shuffled and got us a terrace within an hour. Fabulous location, a bit nicer than the photos actually (Superior Terrace) and all in all a great stay.

Bit noisy with the window/doors open at night, but silent with them closed and fan/aircon on.

Great location, walking distance to main street restaurants, bars and beach. Accommodation was clean and comfortable with plenty of space for our family of five adults & teenagers. Secure off-street parking an added bonus.

Would be a nice touch to have a few extra items in the kitchen like foil, cling wrap, oil, more dish liquid (was nearly empty), more rubbish bags, utensils like scissors, maybe a platter or cheeseboard.

The unit was centrally located to town and the building backed onto the foreshore. A short walk to the surf lifesaving club and Aldi. Clean and very comfortable for a family of 5. There is no onsite management but there was excellent communication via email and text with the letting agents, including clear instructions when arriving/departing the property. Kitchen well equipped - plenty of glasses, crockery and cutlery. Would recommend staying here.

A small suggestion - a box of tissues and hand soap for the bathroom basins to be included in the complimentary items would be nice. The following is not directed at the management but is a general comment on the Byron Bay area. The unit has one parking space and the parking on the street is metered - $5 per hour with a max of four hours from 9am to 6pm. We parked our second car outside the metered area (about 20 min walk) as we only needed to use one car most of the time while we were there.

Really good location. Right in the hustle of Byron close to nearly all cafes and shops. Beach is practically across the road. Prefer staying here then in Wategoes because closer to everything and less of a need to get in a car. Inside the terrace was spacious, clean and very safe. Really enjoyed the stay.

Needs a BBQ. All properties these days in Australia should have a BBQ as this is a staple in an Aussie household. Otherwise nothing to fault.

Just a small thing, there needs to be more lighting in the living room. The one ceiling fan light wasn’t quite sufficient. Maybe a floor lamp might help. Loved everything else!!
