I stayed here for 2 nights for a work trip and first time staying at this establishment. Massive apartment with great views. Full self serviced apartment with all modern facilities even for Coffs Harbour (Most places i have stayed at Coffs Harbour are still quite dated). Location was excellent and great value for money.

not a lot I didn't like, bathrooms were a little dated but still fully functional and clean. This is only if I were to really critique the place. Balcony walls I find are quite low for someone who is quite tall (195cm). As i said, only if I was to really nit pick at the place.

The view cannot be beaten. The apartments are across the road from the beach with easy access. There is great access to walking and cycling tracks. Our apartment was roomy with views from the lounge and both bedrooms. It was also great to have a full laundry in the room. The pool was warm enough for swimming even in September.

The door into the ensuite bathroom was a little awkward and would be better as a sliding door or opening outwards instead of into the ensuite.

The view was amazing. Walking distance to cafes and restaurants. Underground safe parking. Lovely open plan unit. 2 bathrooms to use. Plenty of wardrobe space.

The bed is too small and soft. The lounge is comfortable but hard to get out of as the cushions are too soft. The balcony rails are way too low for safety's sake. I can't believe they meet safety standards. If you had children there, you would not be able to relax because of the low railings.

Great location opposite Park Beach, with terrific views. Very spacious but the kitchen was a disappointment. The griller didn't work, there was an antique frying pan and no functioning can-opener. A lightbulb in the main foyer was out and the taps in the main bathroom dripped. But the very helpful managers fixed what they could ASAP - provided a new frying pan and can-opener, got a plumber in to fix the tap and changed the light bulb. The obsolete griller and oven could not be fixed and should simply be replaced. Owners should have to live in their apartments for a week - they'd quickly realise the limited crockery and cutlery were inadequate.

The apartment was amazing, so clean, no sign of dust or dirt anywhere! Absolutely every room in the apartment was incredibly clean & made to feel like a beach holiday stay with all the beautiful beach decor made it an exceptional stay! The kitchen was also fantastic with absolutely everything we could of even imagined we would need. So many extras, pool toys ect

I loved how close it was to my favourite beach in Coffs Our room had an incredible view of the ocean from both bedrooms and lounge room 😍 The beds were very comfortable and the facilities for the kids were second to none We absolutely loved our stay, and will definitely be coming back very soon for a relaxing weekend 🙌🏾 Thank you so very much for having us 🤗

The weather the first day was not beach weather

Great location and fantastic views from 15th floor .

Was disappointed with the unit for the price that was charged for a 4 night stay the unit was a bit run down with dirty windows and the bottom of shower screens had mild on them also a piece of ceiling in lounge room falling away and there was still some bits of dirt on floor when we arrived Also tv in lounge room was unable to get normal tv stations.

The staff were laid back and easy going yet professional to a high standard I think customer service and friendly ness are very important so thankyou for your helpful understanding workers that made my stay awesome even when running a little late to check out 🙂

I didn't like that we only had one key and tag as a couple we probably needed 2 sets of keys honestly and the bathrooms are a little dated if the bathrooms were updated and has maybe a spa bath there isn't much more I would change about this place.

very peaceful, clean apartment with good appliances and utensils such as pots and pans and laundry machine.

One television set in our apartment was very slow and outdated. It would have been nice if it was a newer smart TV with apps such as Netflix and YouTube on it. Also, the balconies on this apartment have dangerously low railings. The railings didn’t even come up to my waist which is quite concerning when you’re high up.

The location was good what we were looking for. The staff were ok, just to rigid. We did not use any facilities as we had activities outside the accommodation.

It could have used some more cleaning. There were food stains in the oven. There was only one days worth of body wash/shampoo bottles of a very cheap product. Luckily supermarket were close and open late we were able to buy both body wash and shampoo.
