Loved awesome hospitality and genuine staff who have gone above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. For me cleanliness is extremely important and they have delivered on that, crispy clean sheets and clean bathrooms. They have complementary massage chairs available in most rooms, and there are two more in the common area. This is not a fancy hotel with all the luxuries but a safe, clean accommodation that feels like home. We have also learned sooo much about our health by having a consultation with Thu, she is genuine and extremely knowledgeable. It’s rare to meet such a person who’s intention is sooo pure, you can clearly see her life goal is to help people heal and she goes well beyond her job description.

The staff where very warm and friendly. Trigger warning however this place is part hotel part Cancer Recovery Center which I was not at all expecting. Having lost a family member to cancer this made me very upset and I feel like I should have been alerted to this before booking. The staff were very understanding and gave me a refund straight away.

This facility is put hotel part Cancer Recovery Centre wich can be triggering to people who have recently lost a loved one to Cancer. I was not expecting this when I was booking somewhere to stay for my relaxing holiday. I think this should have been made very clear in the hotel description.

I loved the peaceful and minimalist feel. It was clean, private and the bed was so comfortable. I loved the massage chair and spa shower was lovely. The location was excellent and staff were lovely.

I think this place should have better punctuation. Room was really clean. Shared facilities as well, and i was barely alone in the whole floor, so never had issues to use the bathroom. Location is perfect, between the main road and the main spot for the lookouts, so its just couple of min up to the restaurants, and couple of min down to the main views. I used massage chair for almost one hour, super relaxing after long day! Beautiful views from the balcony, friendly stuff, i could do super early check in

I stayed here while I ran in the Ultratrail Australia event. The location was awesome, and the room was clean, fresh, and as described. The family managing the accomodation are very kind too. There is a kitchenette to keep food (which I didn’t use). I did however, use the massage chair in the room - unbelievably good!

The lodgings are as described. Not a traditional hotel/motel, but a clean, comfortable place to sleep.

The staff were friendly as their service was helpful. The room was comfy to spend the night and the shared bathroom was clean. I like sleeping on a firm mattress so they delivered with this as it helped with my back pain and it’s up to people’s preference on what they like to sleep on. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would come back in the future. I recommend this place to anyone travelling solo or backpackers as it is affordable.

Staff was fantastic, facilities were great. Convenient location to shops, Sky World & 3 Sisters: All walking distance. A massage chair bedside as well as access to a steam sauna is of huge benefit if you're wanting a luxurious stay.

Our room in particular was quite snug however with so many other things that Hearty Center makes available to its guests, we soon overlooked this.

Really helpful staff, very very clean. A real massage chair not just a vibrating one. I was not aware of this place's health retreat orientation and I commend them for that. A great place if you want to chill out.

Shared bathroom, but they were upfront about that and everything was immaculately clean so it wasn't like I was being short changed.

The place was perfect location and very clean and easy for all our staff. We were in late and out very early so didn't get the chance to meet the staff but when we had interaction over email they were wonderful!

Nothing I didn't like ... it was fabulous.
