Breakfast was really good and much needed on a cold winter morning! The portion was adequate as well. The host was thoughtful in including amenities needed for winter, such as an electric blanket, making the stay much more comfortable. The view from the balcony was amazing, with a clear view of the mountains and the stars at night. The room was also clean and spacious :)

The toilet was quite cold in the morning, making it difficult to wash up sometimes. The area is not very accessible by public transport and bus services end pretty early so if guests are out during the day, we recommend coming back earlier as it might be difficult to get an Uber to the place.

the room is very beautiful, light, fantastic views, table inside and outside on private deck, own car spot, quiet, wonderful 'common room' with open fireplace, views, board games, DVDs, comfy lounges, soft lighting, wonderful spa bath in bathroom with shower and candles floating on water, Lindt chocolate as a special treat, The property is ideal in good and in bad weather. The three rooms are well spaced out from another. The famous German Patisserie is in the village and the walking tracks seconds from the property.

The knife was not sharp enough for the crunchy, delicious beacon and crusty bread. The Conservation Hut 'next door' is currently closed (not the host's fault)

Fabulous little bed and breakfast with great service and a delicious breakfast. The room was exactly as described, very clean and with the most incredible view across the Blue Mountains. And the whirlpool bath was an added pleasure. It's just a few minutes walk or drive to most of the outstanding places in the Blue Mountains. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

Nothing. It was lovely.

THE VIEW. We stayed in the loft suite and the view from the bed / balcony is absolutely breathtaking. When the weather is nice enough to allow it, having your cooked breakfast on the balcony listening to the birds and admiring the view is the perfect way to start the day. The breakfast is very generous and will certainly fuel your hiking should you take advantage of the nearby trails (literally walking distance from the accommodation). The staff are friendly and helpful but non-intrusive, and the spa bath is lovely for sore muscles.

Nothing - stay was absolutely lovely.

Beautiful bed and breakfast with amazing view. Lovely host who answers all the questions you might have. Breakfast is delicious and the room is clean and spacious. The bed is comfy and for a person that gets cold easily it is equipped with cosy blankets and even electrical blankets you can turn on to heat your bed. There is also perfect heating in the room. The spa bath is so nice after 8 hours of steep hiking trails, so you can relax and unwind. The location is perfect, next to all the beautiful valley of the waters trails and conservation hut. It is quiet and peaceful at night. I loved using the fireplace to read my book in the living room which was next to my room.

There is seriously hardly anything to mention. But perhaps it is good to know that the room next to the living room hears everything from the bathroom upstairs. You hear a lot of water running when people use the shower and the sounds of the spa bath upstairs is also loud. But just make sure you use the bath then yourself and it won’t be a problem! Or just sit and relax on the deck:) they do ask guests to not use the spa after 10.00 pm so that’s great. I can highly recommend staying here.

Perfect stay with beautiful views from the balcony! Great breakfast! Amazing stay! Katoomba was very close and the walks in the area very amazing. If you are visiting, Scenic World is a great day visit.

Bathroom was cold but we were provided with an electric heater that mostly helped.

Cooked breakfast was large and nice.

Wi-Fi in room too short of signal and kept dropping out Continental breakfast short on butter for size of toast, but other accompaniments not bad.

The view from the my back verandah was amazingly beautiful and eating a big hot breakfast with more than enough to eat... it was so relaxing and comfortable. Easy and close to main roads and shops but no noise and Blue Mountains bush background with birds etc.

Menu's and info for lunch or dinner food delivery. On cold nights, I would have preferred to stay in and order delivery.

The view is superb and tranquil.. Bed is comfortable with heater blanket and the breakfast portion is generous. There is sufficient privacy as the two bedrooms on ground floor has a living room in between them. Water pressure is good but getting in and out of tub needs to be careful. Overall a very good experience.

Alls good
