Great check-in reception service. Very handy location to Lithgow shops - only 5 minutes’ drive, and to the Japanese Bath House, only 10 minutes‘ drive. Very nice, roomy and spacious spa room. The spa bath was roomy for two people and was very welcoming after a tiring excursion. The room was well equipped and very comfortable with all the necessities. The restaurant next door was very handy for dinner after a long day out. We ate there for a birthday dinner. Beautiful meals and friendly staff. The motel and the restaurant are highly recommended!

The bathroom door was warped and couldn’t be fully closed.

Everything was great. Karen was a wonderful host and for her nothing was a problem. She made us feel very welcome. She "sells" her motel very well as well as the Lithgow region. Her suggestions on things to do were so helpful. Hassan in the kitchen was great value. Very friendly, talkative and a good sense of humour. His meals were superb and cooked to perfection. Every motel should have a Hassan in the establishment. He does add value.

The only thing that I could comment on was some of the fittings in the room didnt work. One bedside light didnt work and the electric blanket on the same side didnt work.

Room is definitely value for money. Bed was amazing and comfortable, room was clean, warm and inviting. Great location with parking right by the front door, and even though it was right near the highway, you could hardly here the traffic! Checking in and Checking out were a breeze!

There is not much i would of changed, maybe the water pressure, but i know this is out of their control

Room was super cute, gave country vibes.. bed was super comfy and the electric blanket helped a tonne as it got quite cold. The breakfast was really nice, even though I got something simple, it was really yummy. The staff were super lovely and friendly, I would definitely stay here again.

Couldn't figure out how to get the WiFi connected but it didn't really bother me as we were only there for one night.

Everything, very Clean Emma Was very profesional and extremely helpful We enjoy dinner very much Corey Cooking was delicious and both managers have very nice personality we will be back again or Recomend this place to our friends and family🙂

Comfort, cleanliness and friendliness of staff on reception

The fact the door opens up directly on to an outside thoroughfare; the air con wasn't working at first because the card for the power had been dislodged by the curtain; and I just wanted a microwave to cook up some porridge; and the WiFi wasn't working due to storm, which was understandable - but this wasn't communicated upfront at reception

Great friendly staff that were accommodating and helpful to make our stay enjoyable. Very clean and well maintained and spacious room. Enjoyed our stay immensely.

Would have liked a toaster and some basic cutlery. Also catering to the three adult people in the room, not just two glasses and mugs.

Very polite welcome. The room was cozy warm. Pleasant professional. A very inviting place. Will stay again, loved the electric blankets & great room heating on a very cold night!

I use a CPAP machine therapy for sleeping, the bedside has a double power point (for the lamp & electric blanket) which meant I had to forego the use of my bedside lamp for the night to plug in my CPAP. Just a very small thing. I simply used my mobile light to use the bathroom through the night.

This shouldn’t be one of the cheapest places to stay in Lithgow because it was great! The rooms were a great size, the beds were comfortable & had electric blankets. The bathroom & shower were also a good size! The staff were lovely & accommodating helping to facilitate an after hours check in.

Near hospital, quiet place, staff is very nice, fire place was great

We ordered a lamb dinner. Not one person was asked if they like their meat cooked or rare of medium and I never thought to ask so when I asked to place mine back in microwave I got the impression the cook got they blame. This can be resolved by the person asking customer at time of order how they like their meat cooked
