Close to everything, super quiet inside unit, very comfortable, spacious and clean with everything we needed for our 6 night stay. Staff were really friendly & helpful. Highly recommend anyone with a family stay here. Will definitely be returning when we're next visiting grand kids.

Positives far exceed the one negative of daily fee of $15 to park under hotel. We parked on the street and moved car 1-2 hourly between 8.30am & 6pm as all day parking filled quickly by local retail workers. We weren't at unit much during day so not too much hassle.

We were pleasantly surprised at the comfortable size of the room we stayed in. Facilities were perfect for anyone on a longer stay for business or pleasure and wanting to self-cater (clothes washer and dryer, fridge, oven, microwave, crockery etc.). TV and wifi worked as they should, decent sized table for dining or working at. The rooms were clean and contemporary in style. The pleasant and helpfuI service from the staff at reception continued even after we had left and returned home. I realised left a shirt behind in our room and the staff member I spoke to when I rang the motel later that day was extremely helpful in locating it and arranging for it to be returned to me at my home address.

Something I always look for in accommodation is cleanliness and commitment to customer service. Quest Nowra didn’t fall short. The amenities were well kept and the staff were always willing to chat and accommodate. There’s a BBQ/open space on level 2 which is great for fresh air and the gym is perfect for an apartment block.

The only improvement I could suggest would be to include a ceiling fan in the rooms. I stayed in a studio and it would get very stuffy when the stove was on. It was often too cold for the air conditioner and too hot with just the window open, so that would be my only suggestion.

This apartment suited our needs perfectly. It was clean and very well equipped. We also were able to use the off street parking which was a bonus. It was ideally located for the shopping centres, the centre of town and the highway. The staff were exemplary. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone.

Nothing - we had a great stay.

Clean, comfy bed, decent layout and a spacious room. It’s modern and pleasant. This is a good option to access the area and be close to shops to grab a coffee or snack. Cleaning staff were very pleasant. We arrived late and staff left key out for us with good instructions.

Honestly I think it’s expensive for what you get but it’s well located and for a wedding we needed to get to locally it was fine. We weren’t told about the need to book parking until the day before and it was expensive in my opinion. I think the room cost should include it. I note others have said this too but the hotel hasn’t changed the policy. Plenty of street parking!

close to places we needed to go clean & great large room

no parking spot and check in was a disaster the girl at reception was a little rude wasn’t very confident in knowing her job I pre checked in the day before to then to find out I was being charged straight out of my account $100 for just in case ???? in case what? damage? and to be told it’s not on hold but taken out of my account and it will be put back when my bank receives the ok from the hotel today is Thursday and still no $100 I was told to park on the street it’s safe cause the police station is across the road I was then told the amount wasn’t right she needed to check and send me a sms to confirm

The room was very spacious and clean. The kids said it would be an "excellent first apartment" and were particularly thrilled with the complementary Magnums in the freezer. Beds were comfortable and everything that you could need in a kitchen was there. Location is excellent and easy to get to the rooms from the carpark.

The toilet in the master bedroom was broken so the tank kept refilling itself every couple of minutes during the night which kept us awake.

Location and it was clean

There was $100 fee on check in and was advised it would not be returned for 4-6 working days. Considering they had already taken out the the amount for the room months in advance, it think its a bit steep having to wait a week for my own money to be returned. A few hours after check on, I received a text message from the Quest asking when I was expected to arrive, that can't be good for customer relations as they must not take the check in part serious. Lastly, there was no parking.

very clean comfortable motel with good facilities- kitchen facilities made it easy to stay there.

I particularly dislike the $100 bond that we are expected to put up - we stayed the next two nights at other motels of even higher standard and had a $1 bond. The bond still as yet has not been returned to my credit card. Quest hotels need to change this policy. We would not choose to stay in Quest hotels except when it’s the only decent motel around because of this painful bond business.

I have stayed in other Quest properties twice so far, and was quite underwhelmed with them. However, Quest Nowra was absolutely on another level, at least our room. Exceptionally clean and modern, with plenty of space and generally well stocked with advertised amenities.

Price is rather steep. Location is OK, very little in terms of food within 5 minute walk, be prepared to have a little hike or use a car to get to the foreshore with cafes and such...
