The room was spacious, good size bathroom Cupboard space desk space tea & coffee space. The bed was super comfy the pillows we stole as they we unreal KIDDING BUT I WANTED TOO. The restaurant was beautiful the breakfast buffet was included in our room booking. It was well stocked & really popular with all who stayed there. Quiet for a weekend next to a private medical clinic 4 - 1/2 out 5 stars We got a taxi from the reception to the The Hayshed wedding & events icely road Emu swamp nsw . It was beautiful but the cold temperature later that evening was too much for most they all donned parkers jumpers & the like the heating was inadequate .....needs a fire place or strip heaters all inside for guest comfort

The bathroom tap was loose forgot to tell them bugger!!! The bar closed at 10 pm or so on Saturday nite we got 1 cocktail each yep big fail Way too far from town but then it was quiet 🤫

Nice clean, spacious room with fluffy pillows and comfortable beds. Lovely colour scheme. The room has all the essentials for a relaxing stay in a very quiet, green, modern and out of town area. Jenny at reception was welcoming and generous.

Standard buffet breakfast was ok. But pastries,breads,bagels looked stale. And I don't like saying this, but today, all the slices of the sliced breads in 3 boxed tray were molded! We informed the workers, who straight away took away the molded slices and put new slices of bread for everyone to enjoy. Also a chicken or roast beef option for sandwiches would have been nice. When asked we were told only ham was available.

The Remington was very clean and had a lovely refreshing smell in the room. The room was spacious and had many in room ammenities eg. tea, coffee, shortbread & toiletries. All staff we had contact with were friendly and helpful. I really liked how housekeeping left towels & soap outside the door when the ‘do not disturb’ sign was up. 11am checkout and free parking is helpful for guests. Although the location is outside of the CBD it is conveniently situated near Orange Base Hospital and Bloomfield medical centre. We would recommend to anyone needed to stay close to these services.

The buffet breakfast was a bit lack lustre and some items were stale, the bagels were rock hard. During weekdays the latest seating was 8:30am. The restaurant was good but not amazing for the price. Steaks were underwhelming. The Room service had very limited times available to order and totally different menu to the restaurant.

The place was beautiful and in a perfect location for us

We were told that breakfast was included. We ordered and when checking out we recieved a bill for $50 for breakfast. We were told that there was only a continental breakfast with the room. This was never explained to us at booking or at breakfast. For $300 a night, a warm breakfast surely isnt too much to ask

Very clean, comfortable and modern hotel. We enjoyed our stay at the Remington. The room was large and beds very comfortable. Location.of the hotel is also good, 5-7 mins drive to the main city.

The hotel had issues with the TV and we were not able to connect to Netflix during our stay. When checked with the hotel they then only informed us of the issue and that it's been reported to the technician. There was no update following this. We were not able to use Metal x during our 4 night stay.

This is a lovely spacious property which is tastefully decorated and is very comfortable. Located near Orange Hospital it is a short drive into the main part of Orange. There is a great restaurant onsite which has very good food and there is breakfast with lots of choices. The bed is very comfortable too. Nice touches like bowls of apples to help yourself. There is a gym too but we didn’t use that. The staff are very friendly and sorted a small problem efficiently and promptly. Will make this our place to stay in Orange in the future.

There isn’t anything that I didn’t like about it.

Reception staff all friendly. The young lady who our configured our room when we brought Mother back to stay was lovely. Couldn't do enough. Don't know her name. Deserves a mention for friendly professionalism and attention to detail doing her job. Room spacious, bathroom clean and beds comfy. Breakfast staff 2 mornings were extra friendly & helpful, food was good. The restaurant 1 night staff friendly, room service 1 night; tasty food.

We were late for breakfast (my error with times; it said breakfasr untul 8.30) on our last morning (with a very frail Mum; staff could see this!). We ate toast. Mum had a little very cold scrambled egg (not at all comforting). Not friendly staff! I would have preferred to be told we were late (last 8.15 we arrived 8.19 am), & that there was no hot/it was now cold food etc. before we were ushered in. Once sat down, finding food & eating we felt unwelcome & pressured to 'hurry up', i.e. What you don't say I hear the loudest! Disappointing.

The room was very large, and very comfortable. We had two king sized beds with a mini fridge, closet, and decent bathroom. The TV was a good size and there was good air conditioning. It was a nice room. The hotel offers free parking as well. The restaurant was excellent. The chef was so lovely, and honestly, a great chef. My steak was the best I’ve ever had, I practically licked the plate, it was perfection. The fish was excellent also. We compared our dinner there to dinner we had eaten elsewhere the night before, and it was no contest. The Whitney wins, its a great restaurant. Breakfast was very nice as well; we ate very well. The reception staff were great, and very friendly and accomodating. You couldn’t fault their demeanour or attitudes, they were all very nice and professional. When things went wrong, they fixed it, and they did it nicely. I don’t know her name but a lovely girl with dark hair on reception was a joy to deal with. She was just very nice and an asset to the hotel. I would recommend staying there.

When we first got there our room wasnt cleaned. But, they did clean it and gave us free drinks in the bar whilst we waited. They were very apologetic. The chef even offered a free bowl of chips for my son, which I thought was very nice. When they serviced our room the next day they didn’t replace any towels. Again, they were very nice about it and gave me vouchers for free drinks. They were lovely about it. I think it was a cleaning mishap on both days. I think the hotel could do with a pool, for kids to be able to play. But that’s not a very easy thing to put in so I understand that they don’t have one.

Location was key. Family member in hospital. Place is immaculate. When I checked in the front desk staff member was exceptional. She could not have done more for me. She went above and beyond. I unfortunately didn’t catch her name however she should be congratulated on her people skills.

I had to get to the hospital early before surgery started. I waited outside the restaurant doors for breakfast to open at 7am. Admittedly I was stressed and in a hurry but I was very annoyed the staff on the inside - two girls, were too busy giggling and laughing and talking amongst themselves to open the door on time. Very annoying.

Property was exceptionally clean and hotel very well managed. Restaurant and all meals were first class. Parking was right in front of Hotel and easily accessible. Rooms were very large and beds very comfortable, with a varied selection of pillows. I could not fault our stay. The staff were all very professional. We will definitely stay again.

Whilst the property is further out from town, this did not bother us as we preferred the serenity and with our car, not an issue.
