Quest Penrith was an amazing place to stay! We thoroughly enjoyed our two nights there, and will book again next time we are in Sydney. The staff were all lovely and cheerful and made you feel very at home. Everything was clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable - a bonus after spending 9 hours in a car driving up. With regard to parking: we parked undercover in the Pay and Ride parking car park nearby on a Friday afternoon, and then my son picked it up Saturday afternoon, and there was no charge, which we were pretty pleased with. Quest Penrith's proximity to Penrith Station is a real bonus, as is the closeness to Penrith Plaza and shops and restaurants. Enjoyed our stay immensely, and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

A bit of noise from adjoining room through the internal door, but nothing major.

The location was excellent. It is across the road from the train Station and the Westfield Shopping Plaza. There are places to eat and good coffee shops on the ground level next to Quest. I felt safe and secure. Beautiful toiletries. Excellent washing machine and dryer. The staff went out of their way to make my stay a great experience.

Sometimes I found the trains a bit noisy during the early hours of the morning.

The location was perfect and having an allocated parking space was really convenient. Your reception team was very accomodating, kind and helpful. We were within walking distance to Penrith Westfield so we had the convenience of having our breakfast & dinner there. We also walked to the massage parlour and back. The neighbourhood is relatively quiet. I would definitely choose Quest Penrith again in our next trip. Highly recommended if you're travelling for work, business or even as a family.

An amazing hotel. The room was fantastic, had all the amenities one could ask for. The hotel staff were always extremely hospitable and friendly maintaining a professional and understanding attitude even though sometimes I’d collect the new key at the 11th hour. The hotel was alway clean, the housekeeping staff polite and respectful. Over all my extended stay at QUEST Penrith was memorable and highly enjoyable 10/10

it was overly warm in the room- i turned the aircon controller to 18 but was still warm and only slept under a sheet. I'm glad someone from reception was able to come to the room and show how to turn the oven on- none of the 3 of us could work it out! (and there wasn't any instructions in the room)

Quest penrith is a new hotel and part of a chain so you would expect it to be of a good quality and it is. The cleaners were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had good inclusions.

Very limited parking on-site so parking is an issue. we parked in the undercover parking lot a short walk from the hotel but incurred a $30 charge after just 4 hours?? When I messaged the hotel they said my only other option is street parking but this has time limits through the day so would have needed us to get out and move the car after 8.30am but to where?? We managed to get a parking spot just outside the undercover car park but this is very limited.

I asked the day before for 2 single beds instead of the double and everything was arranged when I got there. Thankyou. Everything was clean and well maintained. Perfect stay.

Plant based milk - soy or oat in the fridge would be great. Not everyone drinks cows milk! We got back too late from reception and it would have been great to have the option. Hotels in Europe and the UK do this now!

Great, convenient little spot

Curious instructions over room cooking hotplates that if using them set off fire alarms this would cost guest $1700…but no information on how to use the hotplates without doing this?! As in a serviced apartment (vs hotel room) cooking your own meals is one of the major draws?

The apartment was clean. A little on the small side but it was a one-bedroom suite so it was fine.

On my last night, I could hear the TV going in the room next door- there was an adjourning room which was locked and occupied by a different guest. I called reception and they dealt with it swiftly.

Great location, room had everything you could need for a short stay - was very comfortable! Towels and shampoo/conditioners were replaced which was nice to come back to daily. Was also nice to have spare blankets and pillows.

Parking was difficult, had to do numerous laps around the block. Luckily found a spot a street away with parking allowed on weekends, otherwise this would have been very difficult to walk with bags. Also could not figure out how to switch between the shower heads! Button was not working.
