I like theservises for what it was worth that there was someone in the office everyday and till late each day. they also can provide 3 food items from there office each day if ure in hardship and free bottles of water. they have a laundry service you can purchase tokens and laundry powder from there too also you get milk coffee and tea provided on entry. and they are good at assisting you around and when you arrive.

it's not that I didn't like it. it's just it was a 30 degrees the whole week and only had fans it would be awesome if there was aircon but doesn't matter there was still fans as well.

Very clean 5 bedroom apartment, with reception / assistance being available until late at night. Great location for pease, quiet and breezy enviroment. Good size apartment for a big family to hang out, cook and visit places near the blue mountains.

Nothing to not like, however you'd find this location more convenient if you have your own transport. With our own car, very easy to go around to where we wanted to go to. Expect to also pay for carparking and laundry, however the cost of the accommodation is affordable, hence make sense to pay for the extras.

This accomodation is conveniently located in outer Sydney, open green spaces, and very budget friendly. Ability to cook or heat up your own meals in the kitchen too! The supermarket and small shops are within walking distance. Shared areas i.e lounge/kitchen/dining and bathrooms were extremely spacious. All of the staff I dealt with were helpful and friendly. Plenty of parking. I was traveling alone but this would be a budget friendly spot for a group of friends or family to get together.

Quality of stay will be dependant on your fellow Lodgers! Long time since I have had to share a bathroom. 😊

Quiteness, breeze from the east was lovely..Proximity of news shopping precinct a bonus, Woolies, specialty shops, chemist and great food choice shops.

A guest in the shared accommodation who was ignorant of others and sharing, cooperating. Fortunately we were only impacted 1 evening out of 4. Not sure who would cook food in an electric jug which is for boiling water, and only boiling water.

Excellent value and perfectly comfortable for our family of 5. The facilities were clean and well presented and the staff were super attentive. I don't know if we stayed at an unusually quiet time, but we didn't have any issues with noise or other disturbances - in fact, the location was close enough to be exceptionally convenient to where we needed to go (including a short walk to shops and restaurants), but away from "civilisation" enough to be remarkably peaceful. Great paths for walking, etc. Considering that the cheapest hotel in the area was nearly twice the price but without the convenience of a full kitchen, two bathrooms, separate bedrooms and onsite laundry, we would definitely stay here again. Thanks so much! :)

Once we found the accommodation and checked in, we were excited about the size and amenities available. The 5 bed option was perfect for a teenage family, as it gave us a mixture of individual space when needed and family zones for meals and organising the day.

It is surprisingly hard to find. Then finding the accommodation counter was harder. The hotlink in the Booking.com messages for the map did not work and I suggest there are better ways to do it. Be aware the fire alarms are sensitive and there is a big briefing on check-in. Open the window in the shower spaces is a must (an interesting discussion point about chance of fire in wet space....).

Its capacity to sleep up to 6 people in one unit was excellent. The location was also ideal with quick and easy access to local shops (groceries and cafés) and main road network to the city or Blue Mountains.

Style and comfort still that of a “Uni Resies”, which is what it was designed for. Basic equipment in the kitchen and mis-match of crockery and cutlery, including not quite enough for number of maximum guests, it self-catering.

good location

My EMPLOYEE forgot the key was charged $300 for replacement. When he found the key he returned it via the post they claimed to not have received it and he was never refunded.

Beds were very hard and only one very flat pillow per bed. Plus the directions to get there are incredibly hard to follow and they need to be revised. Some staff were very poor namely the security.

there's nothing fancy about this accomodation. it is spacious, clean and come with basic supplies for my overnight stay. it has sufficient cutlery & utensils if the apartment is fully occupied 👍🏻 (you would know what I mean if you have read previous reviews).

the address on the website is on another part of the campus, not where the rooms & office are (building SJ). i wasn't notified how to check in and only given a landline number (which goes to voicemail) on the confirmation. Only after sifting through booking.com website I found a mobile number to call and a helpful student came to assist. I would like to have another blanket.... it was a cold night, but I didn't want to wake up the poor student after midnight. 😅
