Everything was neat and tidy and well presented. I loved the personalised greeting on the screen.

The TV system is difficult to use with a phone as it is based on a casting system. If the TV already had the required streaming apps and we could simply log in and use the TV remote instead of the phone it would be a lot easier. The phone tends to disconnect and casting is not compatible with the TV remote. The bathrooms also either need a fan or an air freshner spray like Glen 20 for the bathroom visits. Apart from these 2 things, the room is perfect.

The staff were so helpful and accommodating for my children, they made them kids packs and we're always kind and say hello to my children. The 24/7 Ben and Jerrys was a hit with the kids. Loved that I was able to cast to the telly as well. The rooms were immaculate, the bathroom spacious. The easy to use air conditioning panel was fantastic so no need to look for a remote all the time. The breakfast at the club next door is definitely recommended, they were also amazing and accommodating to my children also.

I loved everything

The location for us was perfect, a 20min drive daily, petrol station and McDonalds literally across the road. The hotel foyer was super cool on hot days, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast package sees you exit the foyer and go to one of the neighbouring sports club restaurants, only a very short stroll, food was tasty and as one would expect from. buffet style breakfast, mix of hot and cold foods, even takeaway hot drinks if you need one. The additional of a pool would make this venue great for long stays in Summer!

The air-conditioner in the room was very average, the fan seemed non existent and so it was a struggle to get to sleep most nights in a 6 night stay.

The staff above all were so friendly and welcoming. And super nice about extending my checkout time when I really needed it. The room was clean and the baby bassinet that was provided was great. I had to use a disability ilty access room because I needed to shower my daughter sitting and they kindly let me use the room.

I wasn't aware there were rooms with baths and this wasn't offered to me when I said I needed to bath my 7month old and why I needed the disability room. If it wa suffered to upgrade my room I would have happily paid the difference just for the bath. I unfortunately didn't seen the bath option when booking on booking.com when I filtered the search for baths. Downside to having the disability access room was that's its right outside the elevator and everyone comes out of the elevator so loud (regardless of the noise sign)

It’s only 15 mins drive distance from our place, nice for staycation. The room was comfortable, with nice bed and comfy pillows, bathroom also quite big. There’s chrome cast as well in case you want to watch netflix. There’s restaurant buffet next to the hotel which if we’re the guest we only paid half price which is good deal.

We saw there’s quite big stained on the cushion. But doesnt matter. Everything was good for me.

So glad I found this hotel - close to my clients way out West. The whole place was spotless and the staff went out of their way to help me. The food a short step away at the club was great (dinner & breakfast). Terrific choice of pillows.

Had to wait for my Uber so my advice is book early because it is a bit out of the way.

So conveniently located to sights , malls and our families. Having the restaurants downstairs for breakfast lunch and dinners was amazing and so beautiful inside. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. Our room WOW so comfortable , beautiful and the daily servicing we are so grateful. The view daily both day and night from our room was a treat and seeing the kangaroos outside such an experience.

great service, very accommodating, very friendly, clean, comfortable, handy location with the club and a variety of restaurants next door and a Maccas in the carpark, what more could you want. By the way the breakfast is value for money

Wish there was a pool. Other than that cannot fault the place.

The Hotel was much nicer than expected. Extremely fresh and clean . Would stay again if the needs arise. All the staff i met were helpful and very polite. First impressions are so important this helps you to relax in an unknown space. Well done Holiday Inn St Marys.

Dreadful breakfast in the Club next door. We arrived before 9 and not much was left in the serving trays . Mushrooms looked like they had been in the tray a while and having a swim in liquid , luke warm hash browns and bacon not hot as should be. Only one choice of eggs. No fresh fruit left and only one pot of plain yoghurt. It was nice the the girl / woman that greeted us made us coffee.

The room was very comfortable and quiet. The choice of pillows was a very nice touch. Breakfast was nice, I had an omelette and coffee.

The food choices for dinner at the restaurants in the club were very average and not at all what I expect at a Holiday Inn. We were looking forward to an Italian meal and were very disappointed at the choices. The whole " temporary club membership" to get in to have dinner was a bit off-putting too.
