This was just a stopover but it was a lovely, quiet location with easy access and convenient parking. Close to town and a lovely park across the road where my doggo could stretch her legs. The room was clean and well-equipped. A touch small with no indoor seating but it did state "compact" on the booking. In saying that, there was a table and chairs on the balcony which worked fine for my needs. Communication was excellent with the staff member I dealt with when I had to organise changing dates, very accomodating.

Family next door were extremely noisy till late in the evening but that's obviously not the accomodation's fault :).

Clean room, easy right off the highway. Easy self directed check in. Comfortable bed. Spotlessly clean. Fridge and bowls for quick meals if you brought your own food. Great place for myself and my dog passing through town between Gold Coast and Sydney. Very pet friendly, it is much appreciated. There is an additional $20 pet cleaning fee. The rooms were spotless, it is well worth it. It is in small print on the booking site. It would be nice if this were payable through booking.com, or the option to purchase a more expensive "pet friendly" room instead of having to pay the next morning separately.

Room was very very small. It would be suitable for 1-2 adults but would not work if children were included. It was cozy for myself and my dog. There are multiple stairs and it is not suitable if you have mobility concerns.

We super appreciated the comfort of the beds first and foremost. The aircon worked well, and extra attention was given to presentation of tea and coffee (with a plunger! What a treat!). There was also menus provided for local food venues so we didn’t have to think hard about dinner when we arrived. We had road tripped from Tassie and the night before had stayed somewhere more expensive but far less comfortable and clean so to have arrived here with the little extra touches was a great relief. Thank you!

We made the booking at last minute. When we reached the hotel, the reception desk was closed. There was contact number left on the door. After we called, there was a staff(Lisa, if I remember correctly) quickly showing and provided the keys. The location is quiet and the rooms are small but cozy and clean. I recommend this place for family traveling with pet.

I selected one room for family, and only found out 2 rooms booked after making payment. However it might be me overlooked the booking result. It would be good if it could show one room is not available. Anyway the the overall staying is good for family with pet.

I had my car in at the Subaru dealership, and it was 500 m from it. Staff were amazing. I got there late and my key was in a lock box. Room had everything I needed in it to relax after a long day at work and travelling. Towels were super soft and luxurious. Bed was comfy and there were some snacks provided, as well as tea, coffee and milk. River and ferry was almost across the road.

Not a criticism - perfect size for one but I would’ve struggled in there with an extra person as bathroom was small.

The one-night stay was comfortable. The room and facilities were clean and would have no hesitation in recommending the stay, albeit I had no face-to-face communication with any of the motel staff.

I was a little uncomfortable not seeing or meeting the Motel owner or staff. I felt a bit like an intruder, albeit, my reservation was duly confirmed. I was not greeted nor was any Motel staff member available or seen during my stay. (I must admit I am used to being met with a welcome and departure by Motel Staff. I found this a little unsettling!

Nice room, clean bed. They provided a toaster, microwave, kettle, fridge and cutlery and plates which we used. We were very grateful for the extra blanket as it went down to 4C at night. The motel is close to the car ferry which is fun to watch and there was a beautiful sunset from the jetty. Make sure to walk around and enjoy the neighbourhood.

It is winter in Australia and the building is not insulated. There was a draft coming in through the connecting door and under the bathroom door. Please provide an electric heater during the winter as it is was uncomfortably cold in the room. I did not realize how cold it was going to be until around 2am in the morning and did not want to disturb management as this is a family owned business.

We stayed for a week, and absolutely loved it. Lovely manager/owner, the room was very clean and tastefully decorated. The bathroom was small, but had heaps of storage. The location is perfect if you are looking for a quiet spot and an easy walk to the water for fishing. We will definitely stay again if we are visiting the area.

Nothing to dislike. It was perfect for us.
