The Queen bed was wonderful for a great night's sleep! The facilities in the room, though small in size, were very good; the Nespresso machine and Rituals products and little biscuit treats made our stay special. Great planning of floorspace and facilities! There were refill stations for still/sparkling water on our floor, excellent quality. The breakfast menu was limited but very tasty. The evening menu was similar. There was a very relaxing ambience in the hotel with a quiet area for reading and working. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The Central location of the Aiden hotel is so convenient for the ferries and light rail, Hop on Bus and Darling Harbour tourist attractions. The wharf restaurants at Pyrmont bridge were just across from the hotel. Highly recommended! Thank you Aiden hotel!

Room was a good size, very clean, location great.

Great location, felt very at home during my ten night stay. The staff were super friendly, room was immaculate, bed comfy, good aircon, I would not hesitate to stay again. Room was a bit on of the small side, but entirely functional, I had everything I needed for a ten night stay. Casting to room TV was very convenient. I also found the room to be well sound proofed, so slept really well.

No in-house laundrette facilities. For someone staying a long duration, would have been handy to have a couple of washing machines guests could use. Used their appointed laundry supplier down the street, cost around $10 per load to wash and dry.

Location was perfect for nearby show at Lyric theatre. Room was small but perfectly designed for practicality with small balcony allowing great living space for the time of the year we stayed and for four nights. Housekeeping was spotless. The toiletries were high quality and the sparkling water dispensers on each floor were a smart touch. The ferry service and light rail from Pyrmont were excellent to get around Sydney. The cafe on the ground floor provided great coffee to start the day. Not easy to find initially but there is a fantastic Japanese bistro style restaurant nearby and a small supermarket complex. The Rooftop bar at the Pyrmont Bridge Hotel is a good spot if you can get there before it closes early in the evening.

Room would be perfect with an extra half metre of space from the bed end to the wall to allow access to the balcony without shuffling sideways. A similar space on the window side of the bed would help to provide better access for a less acrobatic couple without one having to climb over the other 😀

Perfect location walking distance to CBD, and nearby nice places to eat in Darling Harbour as well. Not a particularly noisy area either, or at least good noise insulation at the hotel; I slept very soundly! The rooms were clean and very well-appointed (e.g., Dyson hairdryer, coffee pod machine as well as kettle, clothes steamer). The downstairs restaurant is also great and does a fantastic coffee.

My only negative piece of feedback is that the (King bed) rooms were fairly small; I was traveling solo and struggled to find space to open both a carry on and a big suitcase. I expect it would have been quite a bit more difficult if I'd been traveling with my partner. That wouldn't stop me from using the Hotel again if traveling solo, but it would lead me to look into either bigger rooms or other options if I weren't.

I was so pleasantly surprised with our stay - the location was ideal to the star where we were going for a show, short stroll into Darling Harbour and only 10 mins into the main shopping area. The rooms were beautifully presented, small but perfectly sized for an easy stay. The shower was great and the products supplied great quality - the dyson hairdryer was a win for sure. Staff were so helpful and the eating area was comfortable and the food was great. Overall I can't recommend it enough, if you are looking for an easy location and know you'll be out and about all day this is the place for you

Great location and value for money. Rooms were clean, comfortable, modern and had everything we needed for a short break in Sydney. Loved the room extras such as refillable glass water bottles in the mini fridge, slippers, Rituals shower gel and shampoo/conditioner, tea and coffee facilities in the room with good quality tea bags, Dyson hair dryer, great shower with lots of hot water and a really comfortable bed. The staff were helpful and friendly. We were able to check into 2 out of 3 rooms booked early in the morning which was much appreciated given our early arrival. We had breakfast included in our room rate and it was great value. We would definitely stay here again.

On arrival ,we were met by Sam at reception ,He was very welcoming ,warm and very professional ,he advised us on places to see and eat ,they have their own restaurant there and food was exceptional we had breakfast and lunch ,,food was of very high quality and delicious. Our room was very comfortable and the house keeping staff did a fantastic job as the room was so clean ,it also had tea making facilities and water , Over all we totally enjoyed our stay and will stay here when visiting sydney again , Again thanks Sam ,and staff for a very enjoyable two days.

I loved the boutique feel of the hotel, very modern and chic, and an excellent location. The room was clean and had a nice balcony. Omberline at the front desk was absolutely amazing! She was always pleasant and helped suggest things to do. The food was very good and I had an overall lovely experience. As my first time visiting Sydney, I'd stay here again.

I think it would have been nice if breakfast was included in the stay and some of the wash cloths weren't the cleanest.

This hotel is in an excellent location ideal if you're planning to spend most of your time out exploring. The downstairs bar/café is a great bonus, offering quality coffee and food, and it’s a convenient spot to get some work done whether it's morning, afternoon, or evening. The hotel is also within easy walking distance to plenty of cafes, restaurants, and local attractions. Rooms are clean and well-maintained, with spacious bathrooms, comfortable beds, and perfectly working air conditioning. A solid and reliable base for any kind of trip.
