Location was great on SE corner of Hyde Park with easy access to transport and city highlights. Room was spacious and had storage in wardrobe with shelves and safe. Table and chairs provided. Bed was large, king singles and comfortable but not dreamy. Aircon in room for hotter summer temperatures. Bathroom had large shower with good water pressure, hot water and heater for cold winter temperatures. Mini kitchenette was good, wish we had more time to use it.

Coffee in satchets.... terrible. Ideally a Nespresso machine would be great. For perfection, bed could have benefitted from a mattress topper.

Location near to office I could walk and at the edge of the park. The room were spacious and clean, well maintained. I like the availability of the kitchenette and around the vicinity - a small supermarket. Majority of the team members at the reception were kind and helpful. Easy going. Plus point - cafe next to reception - they have delicious carrot cake!

The customer service of a receptionist one evening (night shift) when I asked for band-aid - she looked liked she dislike the job and grouchy to be sitting there in the evening. What a shame as it could be same behaviour projected to many other customers staying with the brand.

the location of the property was excellent for what we wanted. the front staff were friendly and greeted us with a smile as we went in and out during our stay.

the air con turned itself off after 2-3 hours as a way to save power but this made it uncomfortable during the evening when I kept waking up sweating, it would be better if it just stayed on. even a ceiling fan would have been nice but there wasn’t any fans. I found the beds to be hard and pillows to be lumpy and flat. I didn’t sleep that great during my stay because of the bed and the heat.

The hotel was well located, in a vibrant area close to the Museum train stop and on a walking distance to some touristic points such as the Chinatown, the Darling Harbour or the Botanical Gardens. The room was really spatious and comfortable, with a small kitchenette where we could prepare some food. Cleaning services were also quite good.

We really missed having a bigger table with a couple of chairs to enjoy some food, as the room was large enough to have one of such. There were also not too many power plugs in the room.

The location is within walking distance to the nearest Metro (Museum Station), Museum, Chinatown, Botanical Garden, etc. From the airport, you can take a train to Museum Station (there's lift), and stroll down past Hyde Park and to the hotel. The concierge team was very nice and helpful. The studio room and the attached bathroom are clean and spacious (apartment style, with kitchenette, microwave, etc). Quite a good deal, better to stay here than a cramped up hotel room. The cafe is reasonably priced and serve a good breakfast. There's a pub (Harry's) further down which serves pretty good food.

Enjoyed the size & cleanliness of the room with comfortable bed, table & chairs, wardrobe and good shower and kitchenette. Aldi and IGA 5 minutes away. Very easy to walk to many Sydney sights. On site cafe with great coffee and good value for money breakfast menu. Also open for lunch on weekdays even though we usually ate near places we were visiting such as Art gallery, or Australian museum or Botanical Gardens.

It would be good to have the kitchenette with a few extra basic things such as a small sharp knife, a chopping board, a microwavable dish and microwavable food cover.

The rooms were comfortable, and well equipped. The WiFi was reliably for keeping on top of work while we were away. The staff were friendly and helpful, with information about the locality, and how to navigate Sydney's public transport. The hotel is across the road from Hyde Park, ideal for Circular Quay and Sydney Harbour. There are plenty of eating and drinking options nearby in Surry Hills and Darlinghurst. There are convenient public transport options to the airport, Bondi and the CBD. There is a cafe on the premises which provides very good breakfast options and excellent coffee.

We did not have any complaints.

The staff were wonderful, it was clean, the apartment well maintained, the location is great and the size of the room plus the facilities inside were great value for money. Would recommend if you're looking for affordable accommodation in Sydney CBD!!!

The beds are a bit uncomfortable and the lighting is either harsh or off. Even just the little bedside lights feel so bright and not pleasant at night, so it's a lovely room in the day but lacks ambiance and comfort at night. But ultimately the pros outweigh the cons if you're looking for affordable accommodation in the CBD!

1. Staff: Absolutely loved the welcome from staff member Andrew when we arrived, early, to ask if luggage could be stored. He volunteered that although we were too early for a check-in (which we knew), our luggage could be stored, there were facilities where we could freshen up and food and drinks available from the adjoining Bar Stellar cafe. We truly felt welcomed. It was a hot day and when we returned to check-in, Andrew had started the air-con in our room. Housekeeping were quick and efficient. Staff at the adjoining Bar Stellar cafe were also welcoming and accommodating. 2. Facilities and cleanliness - everything was clean and in good condition. Was great to have the option of being able to grab some things from nearby to have in room. 3. Location: perfect location, walking distance to everything.

Our flight arrived late, but there was still a staff member to promptly great us when we rang the hotel main entry buzzer. Staff members on reception helpful. Easy to access via trains Great local for access to shopping / walking and travel Tidy room, (mark down was due to plaster under bed - otherwise great). Bathroom products lovely smell Cafe/restaurant attached fantastic, service prompt and friendly. Food lovely and good valve. Would stay there again. Place was wonderfully refurbished.

Did see a bottle cap sized cockroach on second floor while waiting for lift. But due to the age of building could be expected. They were looking into this while we were there and had put notes under door that inspectors looking into ready for spraying.
