The front reception staff members were wonderful. They were very friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean, spacious, and had beautiful views of Hyde Park and Sydney CBD. Our favourite part was relaxing at the rooftop pool and jacuzzi. Room service was also great — the waitress was very friendly and the breakfast was 10/10.

We found that it was a bit hot in our room and the room temperature didn’t change despite us adjusting the air conditioner temperature multiple times. Still enjoyed our stay though!

Location awesome - the set up of entrance hall- side bar area and upstairs room top view was good. Room was very presentable and clean, and cleanliness was great throughout the building. Beautiful park views form the room.

Minor things really, I’m British I drink tea but no tea bags in room only earl grey and green tea. Would have like the bar in the sitting area open but walking to the restaurant not an issue - closes early though - would have been nice to have a late night drink around 11 before heading up to the room. Jacuzzi button wasn’t working and not a huge fan of showering in a bath tub prefer shower but that might have just been the set up for my room.

Fabulous location perfect for exploring Sydney city, and the, kids loved the daily lolly cart. Great breakfast, staff very friendly, good food and pretty good value in the bar/restaurant - lots to like

Only one restaurant/bar, and there were a few things that were a bit stingy in the room. We were in a family room, 2 beds but only 1 bedside table, which was very strange, no light switch on my side, couldn't plug in a phone, no bedside table for a glass of water. Also only 4 capsules of coffee and 2 bags of each type of tea. They also didn't replenish everything every day, had no milk last day, short on tea, short one towel in the bathroom. Just little things that really let down the overall experience

The Pullman always seem to go the extra mile to make our stay memorable. From the lolly bar to the special delivery of wine and desserts to celebrate NYE.

We watched the fireworks for NYE from the rooftop and had found a spot with a great view of the Opera House. At 12:02 a security guard told us we now needed to move from where we were even though the fireworks were still going. After we moved, the same security guard began filming the fireworks from where we had been standing. It was a bit disappointing for my young son and I feel that the security guard could have waited 10 minutes rather than ruining everyone’s night. This behaviour is unusual compared to the wonderful, helpful staff we have dealt with in all our other encounters.

I found my stay extremely easy and smooth. The staff were very friendly and informative. The pool and gym facilities were accomodating with additional towels and sunscreen provided. The beds were comfortable and the view was magnificent. A real bonus was being able to park my car under the hotel and come and go as I please. The location was such a short walk to the city and the other places that I required to visit whilst in Sydney. Overall I really enjoyed my stay with Pullman’s and will definitely be staying there again when visiting Sydney.

One of the elevators broke down, but that was fixed fairly quickly.

Staff were fantastic, except for one on the night of the Mardi Gras Parade but I think he may have been overwhelmed and stressed out which was understandable. We had a balcony (rear of motel) which was a surprise. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and so willing to go out of their way to be helpful.

We decided to try the restaurant in the Hotel, "BAR THIRTY6' and it was awful. We ordered a 'Smashed Beef Burger and 'Southern Fried Chicken Burger'. The beef burger was raw and cold in the middle and the chicken burger was burnt and dripping with oil. The chicken was so thin. We just could not eat it so asked for a refund. The Staff were just fantastic and refunded us and a drink we already had. I certainly can't complain about the staff but I think they need to find a new cook, it was pretty bad.

What a great visit! We arrived at 10am expecting to drop off our bags and check in later, instead we were told that our room was ready for us. What a blessing when travelling with a 1 yr old! The cot was set up within 5 minutes by one of the wonderful staff members and we were all set. The room could not have been nicer. It was quiet and situated at the corner of the property giving us the perfect space to place the cot out of view from our bed, which made for a peaceful nights sleep. The balcony was an added bonus. We will definitely come back to this hotel again.

There was a broken towel rail in our room and the staff could not have been more helpful. It was decided to move us to another room, concierge came to help us move and it all went very smoothly. In my discussion with your team they found out it was our 25th wedding anniversary and on arrival to the new room there was a lovely bottle of wine and some delicious chocolate. It was a lovely and thoughtful touch. In particular, your staff member Celene was absolutely delightful and helpful throughout our whole stay.

Beds and pillows were very comfortable! I had a great sleep. The bathroom was a great size! Location was great. I really enjoyed my stay there and I look forward to coming back!

The aircon was interesting haha. So I tried to make it a little warmer but we had it on 25.5 degrees and it still seemed quite cold? Not sure why. It was fine, we just put jumpers on but yeh. I'm not really complaining though - I'd rather it be cold than hot! Also maybe I would have preferred the bathroom not to have a bath - I prefer just a shower or if there's a bath, for it to be a spa. But that's just me!
