The room was quite large, very clean and had all the amenities we needed (washing machine, dryer, kitchenette). Although close to the airport, very little plane noise was heard. The hotel is very close to the Mascot train station which made transit between airport and hotel very easy, even with large luggage (5 min walk from station to front desk). This train also runs directly into Central, making it easy to get to other places in Sydney. There were lots of food options close by as well as a supermarket, a very nice area overall.

Pricing is a little expensive, but alright for the quality of stay.

Only 5 mins walk from mascot stn and a quick ride into the city centre and connecting trains, light rail, buses etc at central stn. Apartment was huge w a separate bedroom and bathroom, bigger than my space at home. It had a kitchen w a proper oven, microwave, full fridge/freezer, dishwasher, utensils, plates, basic cooking equipment, more than I needed but would be fabulous for a family wanting to stay in Sydney but not pay ridiculous accommodation prices. I was looking for the kettle but found a washing machine and dryer instead, another bonus for longer staying travellers. Staff were extremely friendly helpful and even let me check in when I arrived in the morning instead of making me wait till 3pm as the room was already available! Five minutes walk to a full size supermarket, convenience store, heaps of takeaway/cafe options and a gym just across the road. My third stay here and I'll be back whenever I'm next in Sydney.

It was a bit noisy on the floor above me, like someone was running up and down the corridor, maybe they didn't know there was a gym on level 1!! people also banging doors and cupboards and speaking loudly in the corridors..

The apartment was fair sized, with all kitchen and laundry amenities. Well lighted, sound proof. Plenty of utenils. Location close to bus stopand Mascot train station. Airport shuttle is a big advantage.

We stayed for 3 nights, not once was the apartment cleaned. We were cooking and specifically requested trash to be removed, as it creates bad odour. Yet this wasn’t done. But the reception staff were polite and helpful. Little far from the main attractions, hop on and tours stop at Central.

Close to airport, and the shuttle bus service was super organised and easy to get to and from the international terminal. Room was spacious and comfortable with microwave, kettle, toaster and basic cutlery and crockery. It has opening windows!! Yay! So fresh air and a view directly onto big leafy trees, it was so nice. The Japanese restaurant downstairs is good, have eaten there several times and always nice, but only a few minutes away is the Mascot Central shopping area with loads of restaurants and a big Woolies supermarket etc., as well as the train station. Couldn’t really want more, will definitely start here next time I’m transiting Sydney

As a family for 2 nts to park a car we didn’t use. We had been night before staying else here with complimentary parking so $80 extra on check-in would rather have put towards food. Last year I stayed and check-in was prompt. Do not know what was happening during our check-in but we watched 3 others promptly be attended to and nothing for our inconvenience waiting over 15mins was offered? No acknowledgement of maybe even discount the carparking just lack of eye contact and hope we aren’t noticing the delay (it wasn’t even busy we were the 1st to arrive?) I want to return for our next event but the engaging prompt service at Reception I remembered last year was not there on Thursday 7th November?

Location is great! Only a few minutes away to bus and train station. Very convenient to airport and city area. Many restaurant choices nearby and a large Woolworth is only minutes away. We are very happy with the location!

The duvet was wrapped in two flat sheets instead of being placed in an actual duvet cover. This setup caused the sheets to shift during sleep, potentially exposing the duvet itself, which may not be cleaned regularly. This could lead to direct contact between guests and the uncovered duvet. I hope the hotel can consider using proper duvet covers in the future.

Enjoyed our stay, convenient to Cafes, trains and supermarket.

Only thing that let it down was rude customer service when checking out, no staff was to be seen anywhere didn't answer phone when tried to call. Knocked on the door after waiting 10mins. No answer. Finally a staff member turned up, claimed he was on his break..reception was meant to be 24 hours so I was told by previous staff. Was rude, snappy and used minimal words.

Everything. The location was very “central”, in that the CBD and airport are just quick short rides away. The Mascot train station is just a few minutes away, as are buses (including airport shuttles), a supermarket, and a number of restaurants and cafes. (Shoutout to Kingfisher Coffee.) The room was immaculate, and the furnished amenities and appliances were fine so we were able to easily prepare a few meals for ourselves. Pretty much everything one might need is provided. Can’t recommend this property enough.

There aren’t many onsite facilities other than a gym, but the property was very clear about that.

This hotel is only ten minutes from the airport by shuttle bus. The shuttle bus pickup from the airport is not well signposted for travelers from the arrivals hall, and that's no reflection on this hotel, more on the airport itself, it cost $12.00 each person both ways. The staff we met were cheery and helpful. While there is no restaurant at this hotel there is a Japanese restaurant next door and another with basic but tasty menu with beers and wine only fifty meters away in the adjoining hotel. The room was a generous size with plenty of room to unpack and move around, the bathroom was again a good size with a great shower, and very clean and quiet. Well Done!!

That we could not stay longer.

Loved the location. Close to airport, accessible to train station and grocery stores. Reception staff was friendly. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable.

The “start button” on the microwave was not working. I ended up having to eat my food cold. As it was already late at night and too tired, I didnt bother calling the reception to fix the issue. Also the air conditioning system, while I had a comfortable sleep, it felt like the “heat” system kept going back to 20 degrees even after setting it to 22.
