Location & proximity to public transport to get around was very good

What I was extremely disappointed in was the fact that I booked a room 9 months ago with a balcony & upon arrival was told there were no suites with Balcony left, this was the whole reason for booking with Sky Suites & it has left me very frustrated with your accommodation.

Absolutely 1st Class from the moment we walked in. Bed was amazing, lounge abd kitchen excellent, bathroom as we had hoped for. The gym, pool, and jacuzzi were exceptionally good standards. Location was possibly the best surprise, station outside direct to central. Circular Quay or airport. There are plenty of shops , restaurants within the area, and a bar 2 mins away. The staff were so professional, friendly, accommodating, and "just nice normal people". Our check our lasted 5 mins as we were asked about stay and were we'd been. I've never wanted to review somewhere so much. There may be closer places to the city but this is without doubt QUALITY.

The rail into the pool hadn't been replaced and had two wet towels covering the poles.

Proximity of the accommodation to the train station is so convenient. There are plenty of great places to eat at within walking distance. The apartment was clean, quiet and the beds were extremely comfortable, with good quality bed linen and fabulous king size pillows! Our family thoroughly enjoyed the pool, spa and sauna! The staff were very friendly and helpful. We felt very welcome upon arrival which made for a great start to our holiday! We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again next time we’re in Sydney.

Only a minor thing but A few more coffee pods would have been great. We did get extra at reception when we asked though so no problem. A welcome bottle of bubbly would have been a great addition!

Location, decor and comfort level was perfect. Directly above Green Square station ,2 stops from the airport & few stops to the city area, perfect location. Cooked 5meals for family of 4, kitchen is good enough and had everything we needed to put a meal together. 2 bathrooms certainly made a huge diff. View of airplanes landing throughout the day & night (with zero noise from the planes). Bedding was perfect. Chromecast available on both TVs. Did not used any facilities in the property. Lighting is perfect in the unit

I didn’t notice this till I was checking out. The toilet bowl had a whole trail of poop stain from the rim to just above the floor. No smell but it’s just disgusting to know I lived with it. Room tv remote is the dirtiest remote I hv ever seen. Since I need to use it, I cleaned & disinfected it. ☹️

Staff is very friendly, helpful and pleasant, from check-in/out to solving minor problems that we reported. Location can't be better. It is situated right above the Green Square station, which is between the airport and city centre. I like its convenience without the hassle in CBD. Supermarket and restaurants/cafe (and library) nearby for everything we need. There is a jacuzzi and swimming pool in the building.

While the room is generally well equipped, the utensil for cooking is rather minimal. Adding minor things like a bigger pot, chopping board, tray, salt/pepper, kitchen paper will greatly improve the experience... The gym is also rather small and assumes it is being shared with the nearby residential tower. It was completely full during evening time.

We loved the location both for the airport and circular quay The suites are so comfortable spacious and quiet with all the facilities we needed

Wonderful 6 night stay ! Welcoming champagne and choccies were a nice touch for our celebration. We especially liked the convenience of finding a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment so that our adult son could have his own privacy rather than choosing to book 2 rooms in a hotel not to be guaranteed being next door to one another or even on the same floor. Skye Suites Green Square (now One Global) ticked all our boxes :) Access to the swimming pool, gym and sauna from inside the building via Level 3 was very convenient. Halfway through our stay we requested to move to another style of 2bed Exec75 apartment, as we thought a change of scenery might be nice. The staff were very accommodating and no fuss was made with our request whatsoever. We were moved into Apt712 (Exec75) which was a much larger apartment with a bigger kitchen (island bench) and living area space, however the traffic noise was noticeable in the front bedroom of Apt712, compared to zero noise in Apt613 previously. Green Square Precinct is very central to train transport in and out of the city and airport. Ubers were great and so efficient and affordable. Overall a very lovely memorable stay to celebrate our son's 21st Birthday and our Wedding Anniversary. We would definitely book One Global Green Square again when next in Sydney,

The location was the best. Green Square station was a few steps around the corner. The restaurants were great, just right outside the hotel door. Camys and Social Society were our favorites. The room was very spacious and modern. I had to do a little cleaning, but after that, it was great. I am a very picky person, and I definitely recommend this hotel. The hotel was only 2 years old.

The housekeeping didn't really meet my standards, so I went through and did a little cleaning to make myself comfortable, and after that, everything was fine.

The staff is very welcoming, friendly and supportive. They spared no effort to make our stay comfortable and convenient. Many thanks to all staff especially Kristina. In addition, the hotel is within a unique design building and close to many restaurants, Woolworth Supermarket and Train station. The apartment is modern and beautiful. Don’t miss the Social society cafe and/or Bitton X cafe at the same building..

The swimming pool is outdoor …

The room was extremely clean and has a lot of space for our luggage. Front desk was very friendly. Location was great, approximately 10mins from the airport and 10mins to central station. The building is directly linked to Green Square station so it was very convenient, especially with our luggages. Food chains and ezymart right below the building, and woolies just across the road.

There was no bidet or spray attached to the toilet. The air-conditioning is centralised throughout the whole room, but that’s a minor issue.
