The bed was comfy. The room was cozy. It felt like a home. The air conditioning and Wi-Fi were excellent. It was close to restaurants and grocery stores where you could purchase food for your meals. There's also a fridge and stove if you need them. There was a good view from the rooftop. Lots of storage space as well. Very close to King's Cross Train Station to travel downtown.
The bathroom was a cramped, and it was hard to contain the water for the shower. The address was confusing. Some sources say 15 Springfield Avenue, others say 15 Earl Place. The truth is that the street changes names right at the hotel location. There were some noises from outside late at night and early in the morning a few times, but nothing that lasted too long in my experience.

Dipali was exceptional at the Reception Desk. She was informative, helpful and very efficient. Due to a medical emergency my sister was hospitalised and I extended our stay for an additional 8 nights. Her colleague, ( I do not know his name) on the other hand, was not informative or helpful with a few enquiries I had during my stay. Dipali was the best staff member and made our stay wonderful. Annika was also very helpful.
I had a problem with contacting reception during my stay. I rang on 3 occasions, mid afternoon, and left a voice message. The calls were never returned. Also, one evening, 21st Aug at 9.50pm, I met a couple who were locked out of their room. They told me they had been ringing the afterhours number for 30 minutes with no reply and had left a message that they were locked out of their room. I rang the afterhours number on their behalf and left a voicemail message. The afterhours staff member then appeared and was very aggressive towards the couple. I was shocked at how rude he was. He eventually helped them. It was a big surprise that the afterhours number wasn't answered, and then the man was so rude,

Very nice location only a few minutes walk from the nearest train stop. It was a nice cosy room and considering how pricey Sydney can be at times, this room was great value for money. The facilities in the room were all very nice too.
There was lounging seat near the window which had a few stains on it. I will say though the chap that checked me in on the day, who I'm assuming was the Manager, said he had to do housekeeping duties as a few people were off sick. So I think this was more down to unfortunate circumstances that any sort of negligence. Didn't ruin my visit though!

The best part of this hotel is the roof terrace, where you can enjoy sunset/sunrise, or morning/evening meals. The hotel situated in a quiet one-way street near King Cross station. Traffic noise is not an issue. The room on 3rd floor was nice and clean at arrival. The elevator was rapid and no jam. There is no catering which suite us perfectly, and it is only 1-minute walk to a large grocery store which answer any gastronomical issues. The bathroom is standard for this type of rooms. Towels and toilet paper on demand, but you need to remined the stuff when you need a change. There is no daily Room-service. The kitchen facilities are sufficient.

Great for our group’s 3 nights. We all had a queen room each. Perfect for one person, possibly a little squeezy for 2! Super friendly and helpful staff. Loved the roof top. We took coffee up there in the morning and wine in the evening. Lovely view to the harbour although I would have liked to trim the branches, in the view, a bit! 😀 Good mattresses, quiet given the potential city noise, right next to a smart cafe and a Harris Farm supermarket. I would absolutely go back!
It’s a bit tired, the shower leaked a bit, the toilet can give you a sore elbow as it’s tight spacing, but it was very reasonable for the position and price.

The Potts Point Central Apartment Hotel was the perfect springboard and base for us to explore Sydney. The location was excellent. We'd highly recommend it for those wishing to immerse themselves into Sydney's trendiest brunch-culture hotspots, coffee aficionados and first timers to Sydney Harbour as it was only a 20-30 minute walk away via the city's stunning botanical gardens. The studio apartment itself was spacious and well equipped for a few days in the city with a fridge, wardrobe space, cooking utensils and hobs. It was quiet and extremely comfortable, with extra pillows and blankets too. We enjoyed the communal roof terrace and free laundry facilities as well, and the staff were extremely friendly.
The decor is undeniably dated, with the room not being spotless - it was dusty, but not enough to spoil our stay. The bathroom was quite small for two people, and more like a wet room - that, and the iron didn't work.

great location, lovely room, well furnished and comfortable. cool to have a tiny view of the opera house and harbour bridge through the trees. the person at reception (sorry i forgot his name) was very friendly. value for money was good, especially for the area. a few different food options around. not a long walk from circular quay and not far from any public transport. would definitely recommend and stay here again.
was a bit annoying that we couldn't leave our bags there for the day after checking out mid morning (due to reception closing at midday because of the public holiday).

Position, close to railway, restaurants, walking paths to Elizabeth Bay and historic Elizabeth Bay House. Only 1 stop to town hall on the train then change to circular Quay, 1 stop.. Takes 10 minutes. The cafe's and restaurants are everywhere in Kings cross and I walked to rushcutters Bay and had the best scrambled eggs!
There's nothing I didn't like, I'm going to stay here next time I'm in Sydney

Great location once you get walking and exploring and a manageable walk down to Sydney Harbour through the beautiful botanical gardens. The room had a fridge, small cooker and all the things needed if you wanted to self cater although a bit tight on space but we managed. There is also a rooftop area where you can sit and look at the city views, eat drink etc which was great as the weather was amazing.
The view from our rooms and in my daughters room she was unable to get fresh air as there was glass behind the windows that opened.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. I love the location, it’s a short walk to Kings Cross train station, and surrounded by cafes and restaurants. The streets are full of people going about their lives, and I always feel completely safe when I’m out at night. The rooms are spacious and have everything I need. And they are quiet! I suppose it’s an older building and the walls are thick, so I never hear a thing from other guests. I have booked the suite both times, so there is a kitchenette with some crockery, cooktop and microwave. I used it this time to heat up some Tom Yum soup. There’s a Harris Farm a few steps away as well, if you want groceries! The staff is always so helpful. Highly recommended.
