the location was perfect for what we had planned while staying in Sydney. Property was clean. All information relating to check in and check out were accurate and easy to follow.

We had hired a car for our stay and the property details did say that there was parking at the property. We only found out after the booking had been confirmed that there was an additional payment for parking.

The studio room was very spacious and clean with a little kitchenette and balcony. The washer and dryer in the bathroom was great and frequently used throughout our stay. Staff were welcoming and helpful with any queries we had. Overall, I would highly recommend staying at Nesuto Woolloomooloo.

The only negative comment about Nesuto was the house keeping. When I made the reservation, it stated that house keeping would be conducted on the 2nd day of our stay as we were staying for 6 nights, however this wasn't the case. We checked in on Sunday and wasn't offered house keeping until the Thursday at 4:30pm, which we thought the time was a little inconvenient for our stay with young children.

We were able to walk to all of the places we wanted to see and get to; the Sydney Opera House, The Harbour Bridge, the Rocks, the ferry terminals, the train station. Most of our walks took us through the Botanic Gardens. The room was spacious and comfortable for our weeks stay. The security was excellent. The staff were very helpful.

There was nothing that I didn't like. When we arrived there were a couple of minor issues that didn't need urgent action e.g. loose bolts on a couple of chairs, one light not working. We left a list with reception expecting that these issues might be dealt with when we vacated but they were attended to before we returned from our day out. I wish all service was this prompt.

Stayed in room 402. Loved the view of the city, gardens, and harbour bridge. Great location - close enough to attractions and nice restaurants close by. Our toddler appreciated having the playground next door. Loved the space - we booked a one bedroom but were put in a 2 bed, 2 bath. Very handy having a washer and dryer too.

When we booked it stated that the room would be cleaned every 2nd day if you were staying more than 4 days. We booked 5 nights and the room wasn’t cleaned at all. The receptionist told us at check out that the room should have been cleaned on day 4 but brushed it off. If we had known it wasn’t going to get cleaned we would have asked to have access to take our bins out and not left our towels on the floor to be replaced on day 4 as the bathroom sign instructed. The internet was poor too - not able to login to Netflix on the TV.

Fantastic location for all of our sightseeing and leisure activities on our 5 night trip to Sydney. The Nesuto needed the renovations thT were underway when we arrived but it suited me and three teenagers/tweenie. Good value for money and staff were lovely.

We weren't advised of the renovations and the chemical smell from the paint were overbearing and present for 3 days. Despite everyone's best efforts, it did flow into the room. The balcony and ability to open windows helped greatly. Also, I didn't appreciate being woken with sanding of doors before 730am on my holiday, but overall, we were just grateful to be there.

Great location, very convenient to the city centre. Room was large and self contained, so could cook meals if wanted. Bed was comfortable. Good range of restaurants and cafes close to the hotel. Very secure, need a key card to get into the building & up to the rooms via the lift.

A bit noisy during the night, had some strange sounds coming from either the fridge or the pipes in the walls during the night. Soundproofing between rooms and outside not great as I could hear the people next door moving around the room in the early morning and there was a lot of street noise, even though I was on the 4th floor.

Great location, we booked 2 apartments and were lucky to have 1 with a full kitchen, laundry and 2 bathrooms, 1 with a full bath. The view was stunning, city views and could see the bridge. Staff really friendly and welcoming. Was a perfect 2 night break on our road trip, the ability to wash our clothes and have a bath were worth 10 stars alone.

Because it’s also a residential building there is no signage so was a little tricky to work out where to go exactly. Also, although there is onsite parking it’s an extra $35 per day, which is fine, I would’ve just preferred to know in advance.

The location was great, just a walk or bus ride to the harbour or into the city. The staff were friendly and the room was very comfortable with a great view!

The issues that occurred during our stay were not the fault of the staff (a power cut, one lift out of action, and a cockroach in the bathroom - which I only saw once and everything looked clean otherwise). The property itself was great for the price. The only drawback was it was quite a distance to the nearest grocery shop, so getting stocked up on our first day meant carrying heavy bags of shopping quite a way.

Location was good, all the attractions were walk-able, 20-30min away. A leafy area, quiet and there were few good pubs in the area for meals. The property doesn't have a pool, but there is a public pool at the Cathedral, 15 min walk, which was great. Beds were comfy and underground paid parking is good. Parking on the streets is near impossible.

House keeping was only once in the period we stayed, Not expecting to be daily given its an Aparthotel, but maybe 2-3 times would have been better,

We liked the size of the apartment, and it had everything that we needed. It is in a good location for visiting the Art Gallery which is what we were there for. There wasn't much choice in cheap restaurants close by to eat or takeaway. There are some good pubs around. The Old Fitzroy Hotel is particularly adorable. There is secure parking on site which was very handy.

The location is good for the Art Gallery or Kings Cross or a walk to Mrs. Macquarie's Chair, but it is not great for Sydney CBD and you will end up doing a lot of walking.
