close to transport and shops the apartment was well supplied. There was an oven and hot plates as well as a microwave but we didn’t do any cooking. A tea towel would have been useful. Kids loved the heated pool but the spa was too hot 38C

We were a family of 5 but the included breakfast was only for 2🤔 Despite communicating with the property 3 times the sofa bed was not made up Rubbish is not collected apparently you need to ask housekeeping for it to be picked up Dishwasher leaked, we had a puddle in the kitchen. There was a problem with the bill. The hotel claimed credit card details had not been received even though when we sent details we asked (twice) for confirmation it had been received but didn’t get an answer. Poor communication. Now we know how things operate I would stay here again.

Room is very big and comfortable. Bed in bedroom is comfortable. Washer and dryer are handy. Location and location. Carpark is convenient and not expensive compare to sydney cbd . A lot of street food around . Check in was smooth and it very friendly and helpful receptionists. Pool and spa are heated.

Sofa bed is not comfortable. It 's fine with the little kids but not for adult. Should provide extra pillow or blanket. No room information leaflet. A/C in the room is not working as no instruction how to operate. Bath room is a bit tired , need a bit TLC.

Very spacious. Huge living room. Huge bed. Convenient location right across the Westfield Mall. Helpful and friendly staff

Carpet outside room was very dirty. When I arrived and when I left. The continental breakfast included a ham and cheese croissant but there was no way to toast it, only microwave which made it soggy. Within this price range there should have been an espresso machine for making decent coffee. Or something. Instant coffee from an envelope not acceptable, especially since the hotel does not offer coffee in the lobby like other hotels in Chatswood.

The apartment was well appointed and there was plenty of room. Great location, entry to the hotel was opposite an entry to a large shopping centre. The beds were super comfy.

There was some maintainace that needs to be carried out. Wobbly dining chair, bathtub was missing the top layer near the plug (small hole), the lock in the second bedroom to the verandah had a screw hanging out. Would have been nice to have a tea towel jn the kitchen.

Location is absolutely perfect for a traveller. Amazed how it’s located near the shopping centre and all shops, less than 5 minutes walk to train station. We even find a library nearby. Complimentary toiletries smell so relaxing. No complain for a free breakfast, kids loves it!

Cleanliness is okay but we saw some dust around the room. The display pillow is dusty as well.

It was Good value for the price.The location was very convenient with all the surrounding shopping centres , food courts and train station.The view from the rooms was amazing and the room was clean,beds comfortable and it had most of the essentials.The kids enjoyed the swimming pool,spa and sauna.Overall we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay .

Travelling over the Christmas period the hotel lobby was very classy and festive upon arrival. The staff were extremely helpful, welcoming and had us checked in quickly. The room exceded our expectations. It was massive, spotless and the beds were so comfortable. Room was very quiet and veiws from the balcony were outstanding. Parking was great and car secure for the night.

Great location. Beautiful room. Awesome views and super value for money. Main hotel areas clean and thoughtfully decorated. Awesome pool/gym facilities. Staff friendly, helpful and efficient. We could stay a week or two easily, super for families.

Room could have been cleaner, grey pubic hair in bathrooms everywhere was a turn off as were the greasy dirty handmarks all over the windows. Cigarette butts all over balcony was disappointing.

The only thing I noticed was there was abit of sauce on bedside table and on the carpet next to one of the beds. Cleaners might of missed it as the rest of apartment was clean. Ended up cleaning it myself didn't let reception know as it was quite late in the evening

There was no breakfast although it was advertised online. But that was ok. Staff was amazing, helpful and friendly.

We had two nights without hot water for showers because there was some problems in the building. That was a bit rough as we had four kids to shower each night. But the did manage to get us another room just to shower in which was great.
