The hotel was within walking distance of Chatswood train station, making it easy to travel to the City without having to drive. Chatswood Westfield Mall and plenty of food options were available. 2 rooms and the lounge were spacious and comfortable. Shower cubicle had mould marks on the grouts, but overall cleanliness was good.

There was a strong odor in the car park, likely from the dumpsters, and from time to time, the smell filled the lifts as well.

The property is in the center of Chatswood, so it was easy to get the metro or train to Sydney itself. It is also close to two malls, both of which have a supermarket and other useful shops. The apartment was well laid out and well-equipped with plates, pots, utensils, etc.

We had asked for a quiet room, since we had read reviews of the property written by people whose rooms were near the elevators, which they found very noisy. While we assigned a room away from the elevators, we weren't told that major construction (actually, destruction) was going on at the mall across the street. It was extremely noisy 6 days a week, from 7am until 8pm (until 9pm on Friday). If you need quiet, make sure that your room is nowhere near the mall (Chatswood Chase).

General cleanliness of the room. Air conditioner works very well, amenities - coffee capsule machine and choice of coffee pods refilled each day, few capsules of milk in the fridge refilled each day, general cutlery, crockery, pots etc, washing detergent and drying towels, washing liquid detergent for laundry provided (having in room washing machine and dryer is a great plus esp for longer trips. Paid parking was easy, proximity of all sorts of shops and eateries, and walking distance to the Chatswood Interchange make this location really handy.

The TV default sound level was very loud, each time it is turned on, the volume preset very loud.

I do not appreciate paying $200 deposit and not getting the money back for several days. Not acceptable to me. Money should be returned immediately on departure or interest paid at overdraft rate. Until this policy changes I will not stay there again

It was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. We didn't notice any noise from other apartments - so it was a lovely quiet stay too! We enjoyed the location as it was very close to the train and bus stations. We were able to find places to eat and shop very easily.

The kitchen sink plug had been intentionally disabled to prevent flooding - which made it hard to wash just the very few dishes we used. There is a dishwasher - just a bit crazy to run for very few dishes. Some instructions on how to use the microwave/convection oven would have been helpful. A little more bench space would have been great - but not sure how you could change this! However - all minor inconveniences.

Always great amenties and location

The parking fee. Previously parking was included in the rate. We have stayed multiple times both direct with hotel and booking.com. The staff member was unwilling to waive the parking fee which was disappointing. Also the free coffee is nice but as I had already checked out the coffee lady was aggressive on asking for my room key. I explained that I had just checked out and had my parking ticket stamped with Silkari. Took the reception to nod that I had just checked out.

The rooms are nice and spacious, and the bed is very comfortable. The rooms are 'apartment style', with a full-size fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher and a washer/dryer. It's also nice to have the little extra things like a bathrobe and slippers. A nice bonus was the complementary barista coffee in the mornings.

None of the rooms have baths. Maybe most people don't care, but I like a nice bubble bath when I'm staying in a hotel. It turns out Chatswood isn't the best area if you want to stay out anywhere past 9pm. Also note the hotel doesn't have its own restaurant, which is becoming more and more common nowadays (unfortunately). But there are several breakfast spots in the area.

It was clean spacious and close to transport shops and restaurants

The first room they gave us had carpets shampooed that day and still wet. Ridiculous to allocate a room with wet carpet but they changed our room after we complained. The bad thing that made it worse was I am in a wheelchair and it was a disabled room and bathroom as we were only there one night I was able to manage it but would have been really bad if for any longer or I was a paraplegic - A lot of these hotels in Australia have a long way to go with understanding of people with disabilities.

Clean, easy to access, staff were attentive to requests, rooms were decent size as were the bathrooms, proximate to public transport.

The bedroom linen needed more choice in pillows. All were very big and hard. Normally there’s a small selection of soft or medium and hard pillows to accommodate different preferences.

Gorgeous apartments, really well considered spaces. Loved the little touches, amenities, free coffee in the mornings was a welcome addition. Reception staff were amazing, super helpful and friendly. Parking easy to use, and reasonably priced. Location was fabulous, walking to dining, major shopping, leisure and transport. Will definitely choose to stay here again in the future!
