Nice and clean room. Bed was comfortable. Shower was really good and wifi connection was really good too. Lady at reception was lovely and kind. It was also nice to come back to clean room after spending a long day out sightseeing..

It woudve been nice to have a guest information booklet or something to inform us of what was available at the motel. We didnt know there were laundry and kitchen facilities available until our last night there.. also the drinks in the vending machine were warm.. But other than that we enjoyed our 3 night stay.. Thank you

This accommodation was perfect for my situation. The room was spacious and although an older style motel, refurbishment of bathroom and presentation was great. Plenty of parking and the bus right outside the door. Also it was very quiet and was able to have a peaceful sleep.

The room lighting could have been more updated. Overhanging trees can cause rubbish and debris to rain down on one’s car so important to watch where you park.

The room was super clean and comfortable. The staff at checkout were lovely.

The lady running the breakfast buffet was very unhelpful, and spent the whole time watching very loud videos on her phone, which was really annoying! By the time we had finished, she had fallen asleep! The coffee machine was not dispensing milk at all, but I think that was a good thing because there was mould in the tube. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming for the price.

Great location for taking public transports around Sydney. Good laundry facilities. Can order food delivery from multiple apps and have them delivered right to our door stop! Good value for money to stay.

Noisy guests next door, the car park is a little tightly packed for a 4*4, but good for small cars, the screen door was broken and we got mossie bites.

The generous size of room and bed. Pleasant staff. Excellent price for a budget hotel.

Shower recess was a bit small. Fine for us but may be a bit too small for a bigger person.The location also is a bit far from convenient restaurants if you didn’t have a car.

Good value for money. Great location, comfortable and clean amenities. It has parking available. I would definitively stay again at Twin Towers. The staff was excellent, they were able to change my booking so I could arrive the same night I tried to change due to some external factors. Service was excellent and I am very grateful they helped me changing the dates of my booking.

Style was a bit outdated.

It was very easy to find and access. Ample parking. The shower was very hot and had excellent pressure. Lovely smelling toiletries provided. We had to check in very late and this was not a problem at all. Very quiet and comfortable. Beds and pillows were comfy and towels were lovely and soft.

A little stuffy at first and a lack of power points, but we were a family of 4 with lots of devices.

Room was clean, and well maintained. I rang them the afternoon of the day I checked out, and asked them to look for a charging cable I left in my room. They went and had a look but couldn't find it. They said that they would talk to room service to keep an eye out for it. In the meantime I found it in my bag, They did ring me back the next day as promised, and advised that they had found a cable, but obviously not the one I thought I'd lost. So I was quite impressed that they followed this up.

Restaurant was closed for the week, so I wasn't able to have breakfast there. Only other problem was the location on a busy the highway at an intersection, but that can hardly be helped.

The room was clean and comfortable, the price is reasonable compared to other motels. The staff are always friendly. We choose to stay here because of the close proximity to specialists and hospitals in North Sydney.

Compared to other rooms we have stayed in at this motel the room is in need of updating as is the bathroom, also it was at the top of two sets of stairs so please check when booking.

Check in was seamless. Staff were great. Rooms had everything required for our stay. As my husband said, someone who has stayed in a hotel before designed this place, as everything was covered.

The only thing we didn't like were the beds. We found them way too hard for our liking. Everything else was great.
