Very large suite, with generous space in the living area and full sized bedroom. Had amenities included, plus a washer/dryer which was great for the longer stay. Used to live nearby so this is a great alternative to a Hotel city if you don't mind a 15 min train ride to the city centre. Location is excellent - just 3-4 mins walk to Chatswood Station and 5 min walk to the main shopping centre of Chatswood. Chatswood has all the shopping and food you need with Westfield and supermarkets 5 min walk away. Train ride from Chatswood is around 15 mins and frequent (just look out for Trackwork and make sure it's not occurring during your stay on the Sydney Trains website track work section for T1 Northshore line, otherwise you'll be stuck with a rail replacement bus to the city).

Our room was at the end of a very long corridor, but other than that not many issues.

Great location, very convenient for the train and buses and 3 mins walk to the main shopping area in Chatswood. Good sized apartments with fully equipped kitchen and laundry which is super helpful. Gym and indoor lap pool was great as well.. no one using the gym and pool.. it was like having your own gym and indoor pool!!

The apartment was not cleaned during our 7 night stay.. on day 3, the beds were made and toiletries and towels replaced. Not even a vacuum around the apartment. We were expecting a little more from housekeeping, even for the day 3 “refresh”.

Myself and my partner had an amazing stay. The facilities in the apartment were great, everything we needed. It was only a 5 minute walk to the train station. Which takes you into the centre. The amazing Kevin Murphy products which I already use for my hair are very nice.

I don’t like to complain but it was something we didn’t enjoy. It wasn’t the hotels fault but when we were using the pool area it was full of children, in which we couldn’t swim one full length of the pool as they were blocking the area. They had also put a full bottle of soap in the jacuzzi which made it foamy and came out over the sides. I think it would be better if the hotel made times where it was adults only.

The location (Chatswood being an excellent transport hub) and facilities of the room (self catering with washing machine) were exactly what I needed.

A clothes drying rack in the room would have been helpful as there was plenty of space, although once I asked a reception, one was provided. I stayed for 7 days but on day 6 a cleaner wanted to do a deep clean of the room, change the sheets etc which would have been very wasteful. I declined this. The swimming pool was not clean enough but this may be me being fussy as I used to manage pools for a job.

clean, modern, amazing views, big comfy bed, good layout, ammenities, kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer, pool/spa/sauna, clean, spacious, comfy couch, lovely table and chairs on balcony, option to keep balcony enclosed, option to open windows, multiple places to sit, amazing location, lovely entryway, great service from Molly and the young man she was training, convenience of chatswood right at my doorstep ... i could go on! - loved almost everything and i can’t wait to stay again at a meriton! will be recommending and hoping to return very soon

not complaining just adding feedback to help with honesty: - the tv was lowish quality (chic brand) - tv resolution when i cast to the tv from netflix was low - the cutlery container in the top drawer was old looking - there was no toaster and no small tray for toasting in the oven had to use a plate - the toilet paper was harsh - i felt allergic to the hand soap - the other self care items had ingredients that a lot of people avoid (laureth sulphate etc) had to buy my own items - there was birb poop obstructing some of my window view (but i love birbs so it actually ok) - the view is frustratingly obstructed by the paneling across the centre: i think that is the worst part of all, but amazing view regardless, and absolutely loved my stay!!!

We stayed for 2 nights with some friends from Sydney and meeting up with people who came from overseas staying at airbnb in East Killara. The location is perfect to meet up, convenient for my husband using train, while I'm using car picking up people. The reception was helpful and gave clear instructions for my request of using swimming pool for baptism God bless him 🙏🏾 definitely staying there again.

If we could have a longer stay to enjoy more time in our room and looking around in Chatswood shopping centre, it's so big.

The location is very good and counter staff very helpful as we had not stayed there before. The room was very spacious, the bed very comfortable except there were no spare blankets. The balcony was huge and the kitchen and appliances great except there were no instant coffee packets. The bathroom was very good but a bit tight. Car parking was good, although a bit awkward, and the boom gate system was not working properly.

The carpark security system appeared to be either not working or has rarely worked because the public could enter the carpark and from there enter the hotel room passages without security passes.

I was on my own so, the room was clean and much larger than I expected. I enjoyed the access to the pool and sauna room very much after a day at work. Your staff was friendly and respectful and the booking in process as smooth as can be. Booking out the next morning was quick and great support from the staff again. Receipts were quickly ready, and we experienced no problems with any process at all.

I would have liked it if the ice trays were filled with water and in the freezer, to have ice ready for use, rather than the trays cleaned and stowed away in the cupboard.

Well located close to Chatswood station and shops. The staff were very helpful throughout. We arrived half an hour earlier than check-in but we were able to park our car and check in as our room was ready. We were also able to leave our bags with reception and our car in the hotel garage after 10am whilst we went out to get breakfast after we checked out. Stunning views across to Sydney city and beyond. Good to have facilities like a pool, sauna, and gym but unfortunately no time this stay to use them.

The entrance to the car park was a bit awkward and steep. The system of having to go to reception first to get your ticket is a bit clumsy as well. I have been able to get into the carpark before checking in at other places. If you forget or confuse the 4 digits of your room number like I did it's best to go back to the reception desk because every floor looks exactly the same with the same artwork. (Maybe that's just the case for floors 23 and 25). The bed could have been a little less close to the edge of the building. Some people don't like heights. TIP: I don't recommend following Google maps and turning right off the Pacific Hwy onto Albert Ave. It took about 20-30 minutes just to get through those lights. Turning earlier at Mowbray Road and doing a loop around is better.

We stayed here last year and booked through Booking.com and once again had a wonderful time. It is close to everything, rail (fast train to Central station) and all other relevant spots and there are dozens of restaurants and shops around to cater for your every need. Extremely happy with location and although we did not use the car park on this occasion car parking is under the building which we used last time. I am sure you would be happy to spend time here and staff on the desk are amazingly friendly and attentive to your every need.

There was nothing I did not like about the property - everything was perfect!
