Staff were very friendly and helpful. Always assisting whenever we needed them. Shower was lovely and hot, and the rest of the facilities were great. Beds were super comfy and because of the design I was able to push together so I could sleep near my son without worry of his rolling out of bed ☺️ Can't wait to stay there again! Was such a nice experience. Very pleasant stay. Thank you so much guys

An information booklet for rooms (wifi passwords, check in time/out times etc. Even some suggestions for local shops and eats or things to see in the area before you go would be a great idea for travellers wanting to see it all). It was a beautiful stay and we'd be back there in a heartbeat we honestly couldn't fault it.

The room was newly renovated I believe and so clean and tidy. The complimentary cookies, teas and sugars were a really lovely touch. I highly recommend this motel. The small pool was lovely on a hot day. Towels were provided, little hand soaps, clean toilet and bathroom. The receptionist was a lovely lady who helped me extend my stay with no problems. The bed was nice and comfy. Plenty of parking space Just know I'll be coming back.

Very clean and tidy with good room fittings. The room was a good size. Overall well above what I expected. Will definitely stay here again when travelling between Canberra and Coffs Harbour.

All good, no complaints. There was a very low level of traffic noise but you'd have to expect that being near the New England H/way.

Room very clean and only short 5min drive to local pubs with great food. Staff friendly. Great Half way stopover next to highway.

TV remote didn’t work and couldn’t get any channels. Alerted staff but they didn’t bring remote back. While waiting we used buttons to rescan and got it going so didn’t worry after that. No bedside tables was annoying. Reception office smelled of dogs.

Was unable to use aircon due to dead batteries in remote. Iron had rust come out of it when went to use

The motel has been renovated and with the tile floor and recent renovation it was very clean. The woman who served me when I arrived was friendly. It was in a good location and dropping off the keys before leaving was easy.

Shower cap could have been provided. I always forget mine.

Close to the A1 but far enough away from the traffic noise. Snacks and supplies are a short drive away and not to mention the after long drive alcoholic beverage store. Room is clean and well appointed with everything you need for a short stay. This place exceeded my expectations and I plan to stay there next year.

Bathroom fan was a bit noisy, but who needs light to pee when you're the only person in the room. Pillows were a little soft for me but hey next time I'll bring my own.

some other people staying Saturday night were very noisy and loud until 1pm in the morning. not considerate of others.

Even though original plan was always going to be for a motel nearer the Highway than Newcastle, it turned out a good choice; due the battle it would have been to find closer due to the SuperCars event that weekend
