The staff @front desk were approachable from walking in the door @ reception. The styling of the rooms were second to none. The little touches of bottles of water in the fridge, extra towels for pool and extra rolls of toilet paper all made a difference to our experience. Super clean. The gardens with a variety of succulents and statues also gave a homely and relaxing feel. I also picked my room key inside twice and the owner wasn't concerned and happily opened my door again. Thank you! Extremely impressed from start to finish. If we have another function in Morpeth ....will definitely stay again.

I had an amazing weekend stay at Hunter Oasis! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The amenities were top-notch, and the hotel’s location made it easy to explore the local area. I also appreciated how attentive and helpful the staff were, always ready with assistance whenever needed. I would highly recommend Hunter Oasis to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and memorable stay. We held my sisters baby shower on the lawn and it was the perfect place for a picnic! I’ll definitely be returning!

It is so good it is booked out for christmas in advance! We were hoping to return, but other people must love it as much as we do! :)

The room was beautifully presented. We had a lovely garden view. Everything was very well-maintained. The room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. It is in a quiet location that is a pleasant walk from Morpeth. Although we did not use the extra facilities (tennis courts, pool and kitchen), knowing they were available was wonderful. We have travelled widely and this accommodation is excellent value and exceptional. We will return.

Some guests (a group gathering) were rather noisy and blissfully unaware that others may prefer not to hear their banter and music. Fortunately, this did not last long.

Super clean, super friendly staff and really great vibes. We were in the motel part for a work trip and I was so relieved to know I was coming back each night to a clean, safe and warm location. The staff were also so lovely and the room smelt clean and the linen was clearly fresh.

Everything was great, the only thing was the shared kitchen space - if we wanted to go and use the facilities we had to walk outside to do it and being a group of women in the dark we didn’t want to take it on. The room had a kettle and a fridge though so we could make tea and store snacks. The rooms are also serviced every second day so we had to take good care of our towels and our cups weren’t replaced with clean ones in that service.

The best place to stay with family Very friendly and helpful staff. Just know they are not located in Hunter Valley itself. 40 kms for beaches and vally. Right in the middle Very quite place. No privacy issue. You can find everything you need in the villa. And don't worry if your villas facility list doesn't show washing machine and dryer. They provide laundry facilities. You can use on your own. They have 24 hours common kitchen for everyone to use. I find it very useful. Pool is not heated but nice and clean in hot wether. Nice play room with big couch and TV

There's nothing actually. Perhaps new TV remort for living room TV. Some buttons not working. You can still use with bed room remort. And some new dishes Nd bowls for the kitchen.

We had a wonderful stay at Hunter Oasis and couldn't fault the facilities, cleanliness or the comfort level. Our 2-bed villa was spotless when we arrived, the beds were very comfortable as was the sofa bed on which my teenage son had three nights of great sleep. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the games room was well laid out and good fun. It was also convenient that each villa had its own car parking space right near the front door. The owners are very lovely and friendly and have put a lot of thought into the little but important details. Would definitely recommend Hunter Oasis any day and would love to return.

Great location to Morpeth! We visited for a wedding nearby. The hotel were fantastic in helping us organise a taxi. The place was clean and comfortable, would happily stay again!

As loved our stay but if I had to put something down, maybe a few more options for tea in the kitchenette like a herbal tea and hot chocolate. They just had the one tea, Lipton black. A peppermint and hot choc would be nice as well!

We all enjoyed stay in this villas,have 4 families together,villas have a lot to offer like tennis court,swimming pool,gamming room have most of game board,TV that the big room enable us to play together in a group and laundry,communal kitchen where all of us can cook together.The communal kitchen have all utilities from pans,bbq machine,oven.The villa itself modern all throughout,clean,Tv,AC,love the big modern bathroom and very clean. So much to offer,its highly recommended! We love friendly customer service and allowing us to have late check out is a big ++++

just little feedback to improve to put some mosquitoes repellent as all the mosquitoes sticked in front of the front door at night,and they came in when we are enter the villa.

We were impressed from when we arrived, the lovely entrance to the property, the well cared for grounds and reception area, the friendly greeting & efficient check in. Our clean and nicely furnished room and good size bathroom were one of the best we have stayed in. The lovely clean pool was an added bonus as we arrived on a hot day. There was a well stocked kitchen/ dining area & outdoor BBQ 's & seating. We were attending a wedding & only stayed 2 nights but definitely would love to return for a longer stay in the future.
