Room was quiet, comfortable and well located. Well soundproofed and room felt spacious (helped by strategic placement of good-sized mirrors). Good shower. Lovely view from balcony and very pleasant and helpful staff. Short walk into town, Whitehaven beach and Port Airlie marina but short steep driveway. Local bus runs past the front. Unit 8 (poolside unit) has microwave and stovetop but no oven.

Nothing much to dislike. Sandwich toaster would have been nice. Room could probably do with a paint touch up or clean in some places

For starters, brenda at reception was amazing to deal with and so helpful and then we got to our room and it was so comfortable and clean and the pool is amazing. I would 100 percent recommend boathaven bay holiday apartments. We decided to stay the night in airlie after a long day doing a trip to Whitehaven and the stay was perfect Will definitely be back 😁 Thanks Brenda for a fantastic night away

The room was great, large, clean, with a fabulous view, the bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately I didn't use the balony spa as planned, but it was clean and looked inviting. The gardens and pool area was clean and tidy.

As clean as the room was, the lift to the apartment was grubby and the external doors were quite dirty too, this was quite disappointing and so I was pleasantly surprised the room was so lovely. In the rear car park, there was a garage filled with discarded mattresses which wasn't a good look for a first time guest, however I do understand they have to go somewhere, a door could quite easily fix the eyesore that it was. The reception area was nothing flash, it was dated and dark and didn't reflect a 'spa' atmosphere at all. the young lady on reception was bright, engaging and friendly.

Everything was brilliant, it was very close to the township, restaurants, bars, shops, my daughter & I walked everywhere, no need to use the car at all. There was a lovely walk along the water for about an hour. The room itself was clean & very comfortable & we had a great view of the port. The swimming pool was also lovely. The receptionist was also lovely , friendly & very helpful. We enjoyed our stay & highly recommend it. Thankyou Nerissa

OK The room, view and location for me personal it was 10 points plus the pool big enough to enjoy be in there,, any day and every it was be in paradise, so relaxing and be in peace, balance and harmony, with everything around myself and the world.-

This time the Flat TV Set it was, without internet, a little be far away from the present time, for me it was ok, more personal time for doing meditation and more relax.

Lovely receptionist sent us a message checking on to see if we would make check in - we could not due to coach being late - she sent us instructions how to gain keys - room was lovely view lovely and spa on the balcony was excellent only one night but definitely recommend - little pricey for one night but thinking that was because of a music festival in town.

Very spacious and comfortable room with all facilities for a long term stay. Great king size and comfy bed! Very friendly and helpful staff. I really enjoyed the swimming pool and made good use of the BBQ facilities. Also not too far away from the Main Street.

All good, but for the midges bites!

Absolutely everything, would 100% book here again. The staff were amazingly accommodating and helped any way they could.

The one and only downfall is the steep driveway which my mum who had two back surgeries struggled a bit with, but we both just said next time we will get a hire car to avoid that for her!

Short (5 minute or so) walk from town so away from the noise. Big pool that was never busy, often had it to ourselves. Cooked meals in the kitchenette and really friendly staff even lent us a sharp knife to use as the room was missing one.

Slightly dated room but very clean and great value for money.

The room was spacious, modern and clean and beds very comfortable. I liked the louvres to keep the sun out. The room had extra surprise elements - secret dvd drawer, special towel rack built into balcony, 2 giant tvs and special paintings that had 3d elements on them. The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially Brenda. The pool and spa were amazing.
