Great view, nice and spacious apartments, overall really nice for our family - was only really disappointed with the cleaning prior to our stay.

It could definitely have been cleaned better - the dryer filter was overflowing with lint (filter want cleaned out) - the washing machine definitely needs a servicing as it was full of the dryer lint that then got stuck on our clothes - the fans had a dust bunny layer on them (so did the exhaust fans) - some of the dishes in the cupboards had been put away wet so they were mouldy and still had moisture in them - under the furniture hadn’t been cleaned (living room floor) - there was hair in the showers on the shower walls etc. Other than the room cleaning, the pool isn’t shaded which isn’t ideal but not a deal breaker

The apartment was big enough for 4 adults to comfortably live in for the week. There was all facilities needed for a long stay (washing machine/dryer, all kitchen essentials). The pool was nice and big and there were plenty of sun chairs. Great views and only a short walk down the hill or $10 taxi ride to get into town. Anna was also incredibly nice and easy going. Will definitely be back here

The only very minor thing would be the microwave didn’t work every time.

Great location, good value for money, very convenient to have self catering facility, very close to the shops and supermarket. Anna the manager was very good about our disabled friends. Lovely pool for swimming. Plenty of parking. Nice couch in room. Nice balcony.

Drains need cleaning, Very Bad smell. Dishes in the kitchen were not clean. Knives rusty and broken. Beds had stains. Air conditioner does not get cold enough. Windows do not lock. No room servicing during stay. Need a car, hill so steep.

Anna our host couldn’t do any more for us, she was great, apartment comfy Recommend a few things which happen with wear and tear Oven needed more than one oven rack for cooking more than I thing at same time Frypans need replacing Perhaps some extra bin liners too On the up side, views were great, all the glass panelling around balcony were shiny and fresh, unit was clean

Great apartment, spacious, modern, fantastic views and relatively clean. Kitchen was functional with basic kitchen facilities. Good parking area.

We had some very old, mouldy nescafe pouches left for our consumption. Kitchen and bathroom/shower taps could do with a thorough scrub.

A lovely unit, comfortable bed, everything was clean and enjoyed our stay there.

It was a bit hard to find the unit initially but we did! Hot water in shower ran out both nights. Otherwise a lovely place to stay.

Great location, perfect size apartment for our family. Clean and tidy and well maintained apartment.

The lights from the stairs were next to our apartment windows and shined very bright at night, and with no block out curtains the apartment was quite bright at night. This is the only thing I can fault.

Great size apartment, with all we needed for 4 day stay. The large bed was also great. The pool was also nice to have. The balcony had nice views of Airlie and great view for sunrise in the morning. Anna was clear with communication, allowing for an easy check-in and checkout.

Clean apartment, great location, great facilities.

Only downside was being on the bottom floor the lights outside remained on all night so the room is very bright all night with the blinds drawn. You could walk around the room at midnight and completely see.
