We wanted close to the marina, ( visiting international friends on board boat ) to the boat dry docks where I have friends I have worked with, and close to the shops and restaurants.

Where I live we seldom lock doors , cars etc and I always had to put everything down to use cards for everything, I realise it was necessary but hard for us to get used to . Maybe a wrist band with access chip would be ideal ( would always have it on us ) especially driving into the carpark, access door to the elevator then to open and operate the elevator, and suite door , but understand why.

The location was great, the room was clean, the staff were awesome. The rubbish shute was a surprise and appreciated on the 7th floor! Loved the vietnam restaurant downstairs great food so close was a bonus!

Each time we turned the air conditioning on after awhile there was a funny smell and it caused us to have to turn the airconditioning off to stop the smell, the unit may need good cleaning. The spare pillows need replacing are way to used/flat defeats its purpose. The parking inside was a disappointment very limited space and was hard to manuvere a big vehicle in tight limited spaces.

Located perfectly at the center of cairns. Although it’s 5-6 blocks away from the esplanade, the shopping mall is just across the street. Pubs, clubs and restaurants are walkable from the apartment. The apartment is very cozy but since we booked a hotel type apartment, we get no stove to cook food on. Basic kitchen stuff are available though, like toaster, microwave, utensils, plates, wine glasses and a mini fridge. My fave part on our stay was the rooftop pool and spa, which we used a lot of times! Lastly, the staff were nice enough to allow us to access the rooftop after 9PM to watch the NYE fireworks.

Since previous tenants are required to clean the plates and utensils before leaving, we’re quite unsure whether it was cleaned properly so best to give it another wash before using it for the first time. The reception was unattended when we were about to check-in. Took 20mins to check-in. It would’ve been a bonus to be allowed to have a late checkout as well.

The convenient location - close to the bus & train station, the city bus, the shops, the foreshore, restaurants. Felt safe to walk around in day & evening.

A bit confusing getting initially but managed ok. I thought there would be someone on the desk in the morning during the weekend but no. Someone was smoking in the hall.

Location, FRIENDLY STAFF!!! large covered balcony like an second living room without windows and the fully equipped kitchen

The pool was closed for renovation. Sterile atmosphere: The room was without any decoration and the light was 6000 Kelvin extreme cold colour like in an hospital room. After we made the remark of no decoration they hang one decoration one painting on the wall. Thanks for that! I liked the painting.

I found our stay comfortable and the room was clean very handy to everything the shopping centre just opposite very close enjoyed it would recommend. Thank you

The walls are abit thin could here the neighbours TV and the doors banging to rooms.Not another of parking for staying guests due to doctors surgeries and clinics.

We were on the 10th floor and had a great view one side was the hills the other was the water. The balcony was huge we sat out there a lot. The room had everything big fridge, washing machine. Great bathroom plenty of cooling with fans and cooler. Across the road is a shopping centre with plenty of shops. The esplanade with waterfront dining is a good 15 Min walk. There is so many great tours each day to choose from too. All appliances are easy to use too.

Leaving! ......the tv I think needs to be a little bigger. We stayed a week our towels were never changed not sure if that's the way it is.

Super location, great car parking and excellent check in. Staff were fantastic. Apartment was comfortable, excellent bed. Overall a bit tired.

Needed some refurbishment, but biggest issue was incredibly uncomfortable undersized lounge suite. Couldn't sit on it for more than 5 minutes. Tiny tv. We expected more at that price point.

Excellent location opposite Cairns Shopping Centre including Woolworths Supermarket. Saved money by making own meals at apartment and buying snacks. Close walking distance to other events/venues in Cairns city. Staff most helpful and friendly. One bedroom apartment which was roomy and well equipped including stove, washing machine and dryer. Very clean and maintained apartment.

the receptionist was very clear with the instructions and very very nice.

we only had got one key. We actually had to ask for another. we did have three people staying. It was accidentally booked for two. We weren’t supplied another bed and when we asked for a blanket for the couch his response was kind of like it was too much effort to help us. but he ended up bringing one anyway. in this heat, it was pretty hot in the main room, even with leaving the door open from the lounge.
