Very safe location and secure facility. Liked the balcony area as it was private and got some sun. Very big apartments. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Not too noisy. Shops just across the road and nice bars around the corner.

It is a bit of a walk from the waterfront and the surrounding area can be a bit of a concern at night. There is no lift of you have a lot of luggage. The pool area could be improved. It wasn't even clear if we were allowed to use it.

The location is very good, close to a mall to the bus stop and many restaurants and bars. The promenade and lagoon are quite close. The attention of the staff was very good. The manager took care of all our needs very kindly

There is no elevator and it is uncomfortable to carry your suitcases. In our case it was the second floor. The apartments are several years old and the use is noticeable but they are in the process of renovation. In 2025 they say they will be finished.

It was located centrally to shopping. The host was very friendly. We were put in a 2 bedroom suite which was very comfortable. It appeared to have been recently repainted so it was clean and tidy . The washing machine and dryer were great. Undercover locked car park was a bonus

The bathroom, although clean does need to be replaced as there was mould in the grout, having been subjected to so much wet weather in Cairns I am surprised that there was not more mould in the unit.

I like the comfort of cooking my own breakfast and dinner. I get to utilize the kitchen and utensils available which gives me freedom to cook my choice of food items purchase just across the shopping mall.

I have enjoyed my stay the second time around and the accommodation was quiet and safe. I think I like most of what is provided so I don't have anything I dislike about the accommodation. The distance within city center is great.

The apartment was spacious, clean and most comfortable. We appreciated the washing machine and the kitchen facilities in particular. Woolworths was a short distance away which was highly convenient for groceries. The Aquarium, Art Gallery and Lagoon area were a comfortable walk away from the apartment and Rusty's Market close by in the next street. The rail station was a short walk away, convenient for the Spirit of Queensland and Karanda trains. The manager was most welcoming and helpful. We'd happily stay here again. Great value for the money.

very near to restaurants as well as super markets within walkable distance. Easy check in and check out process, smiling staff. Apartment is well maintained and good for 2 people and max 3. Going for reef excursion, walking to the port is approx 10 mts.

There are no elevators, if you have big bags, you need to lift the same for 1st floor.

I chose this place due to its location and I couldn't be happier. Across the street of the Central Cairns Shopping Center and pretty close from everywhere. The apartment was extremely clean and was very comfortable. Having a service available with change of towels made the staying even better. Highly recommended!!

There was an issue with the apartment 2 days before we arrived. The Property Manager was prompt in calling to inform about the situation and went beyond to help us look for alternate accommodation for 1 night before they could offer us a different configuration for our stay with them. He also went the extra mile to collect our bags from the other accommodation and came in after hours to help us check in. Thanks for all the effort made to make our trip an enjoyable one.

The kettle in one of the apartments was a little used.

We used it as a base in the city to access lots of places to facilitate moving house. Very convenient to shops and other facilities. car parking excellent. Has a good bed, balcony etc.

The bin men arrive at 06.00 and wake the district up.

Good accommodation. Good for couples. Easy walk to town and opposite a big shopping centre. Good size room. Everything you'd need was provided

Nothing really. I'd probably have a smaller coffee table so you aren't walking around it to get onto the deck. I used the sofa bed. It wasn't great. But I knew that. That's why I think our room was better for couples than 2 singles. Or twin room would be good or a rollaway bed might of been better than sofa. Food for though. I was comfy on the floor on all the big sofa cushions. I made my bed up each night. But it really was a good stay for mum and I
