I recently stayed at the Alexandra Hills Hotel after a week-long drive across the country, and it was a truly luxurious experience. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The Executive King Suite was incredible. The pillows were so comfortable that I had to check the brand—I plan to buy some for home! Despite celebrations happening in the beer garden below, I didn’t hear a thing thanks to the excellent soundproofing. The blockout blinds were perfect for creating a dark, restful space after long days of travel. Room service was outstanding—the Caesar salad was absolute perfection. It felt amazing to relax in my room and be completely taken care of. The rain shower in the bathroom was heavenly—I could have stayed in there forever! The hotel’s attention to detail stood out. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I especially appreciated how the room service was delivered without entering the room—a thoughtful touch for everyone’s comfort and safety. The hotel also has excellent facilities, including undercover parking with lift access and a covered reception area, making check-in and check-out seamless. It’s centrally located, which was convenient for my plans, and even when those plans fell through, I happily booked a second night. My second stay was just as impeccable as the first. There’s a small additional fee of $12 for unlimited ultra-fast internet, but it was well worth it. After being off the grid for a week, it helped me catch up on work and reconnect with the world. Overall, I can’t fault this place. It’s plush, luxurious, and provides everything you need for a restful and enjoyable stay. I’ll definitely be returning and can’t wait to try more from the room service menu. Highly recommended!

Wish there was a pool but the room was so comfy I probably wouldn’t have left anyway 😆

The staff were very friendly and helpful, I got a nicer room than I had actually booked, which was a fantastic surprise. The bedroom was open and spacious, There was a restaurant downstairs where I met with my son and grandchildren one night and with my daughter the next day, The mini golf was great and my grandkids also enjoyed the playground. I even enjoyed the band that played that night.

I havent been advised of upcoming bands, perhaps that would be an improvement for possible return customers. I am pretty sure I already did this evaluation too..

I was doing the Raby Bay triathlon so wanted security for my bike and they let me keep it in the room. Also when I enquired about a late checkout they were more than happy to allow it! So good! The food was also of a reasonable price and good standard. The room was clean and really modern! Lovely!

Hmmm, I`m struggling here.......an old lemon peel from previous room service near my front door? And I`m never a fan of open showers - everything gets wet!

A great hotel with good old fashioned pub qualities

The staff. Restaurant staff in particular are over zealous with their interaction. We were dining together just 2. We were constantly interrupted by staff. Not only enquiring if everything was OK, which it was. But continually trying to join in conversation. At one stage I had to openly ignore a staff member that would not take the hint and leave us to ourselves. Even going so far as to star into discussions about herself and what she did and didn't like....... about everything. Even after being asked politely to leave us she returned until I became rude.

The room was quiet and well appointed . The coffee and tea making facilities were well above average and the biscuits supplied with the room were very welcome . The restaurant had good food the bar was well managed . It was a good place to stay . It has a good location a straight drive into Wellington Point .

Nothing i care to mention . The front of the Hotel has Conference Centre written in Big letters i kept driving past not realizing it was the hotel .Duh ..

Some of the worst service I've ever gotton in my life from the restaurant server. The place was pretty dead and getting late (9pm). Meals delivered to our table of three. Zero eye contact, zero communication, three meals just literally thrown in a heap on the table, and server stormed off without saying a word. We were pretty gobsmacked. Server also forgot drinks. It was a real bummer as everything else was above expectation, but the one server was terrible.

Loved the bed and pillows. Very comfy. Location suited us to visit family. Liked the live music too.

The dust in bathroom and on shelves in room that housed the coffee cups and tea cups. I wrote clean me in the thick layer of dust on shelf. Kitchen staff forgot lots 2 out of 3 room service orders. First mornings breakfast they forgot to cook my husbands breakfast. Dinner order they forgot cutlery, salt and pepper and a breakfast menu we specifically asked for. Thank goodness our second mornings breakfast was delivered without an issue.

I liked that the reception/room was very modern and nicely decorated, breakfast room service was great and the reception staff were friendly/approachable. Having more secure parking seperate to the restaurant/bar parking area was also a plus.

the laundry facilities could do with an update, the car park lift was abit jolty at times - one point making me think it had broken down for a few seconds and also I think some things needed more explanation. I.e. it doesnt say on the room service breakfast order form how you pay for it, and for someone who hasnt stayed in a hotel as the only adult before (like myself)- that information isnt obvious. Same with how you have to put the door card into a slot next to the door for the room power to work, there was no signs stating this and so I had to ring reception to ask how to get the power to work. More/bigger towels would also be better than what is currently provided.

Had a work stopover here last minute and found everything efficient and easy. checkin was a breeze and room was quiet and bed was firm and comfy. Didn't bother with breaky as was out too early for the service time. all in all, very good.

The ceiling at the end of my hallway had seen better days but didnt affect my stay so all good.
