The location of the Hotel was amazing, close to shops, restaurants and boutiques. We specifically booked this hotel as we were going to Day on a Green at Sirromet Winery, and it was the perfect location. Maybe a 15 min Uber ride! The Front of House team were really friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and tidy. Quiet and well kept.

The room was small but well appointed. Nothing to complain about! The room is perfect for a short stay to see a concert, I probably wouldn't recommend a chill out stay where you spend alot of time in your room, but for a transit or gig stay, it is perfect!

A really nice and quiet area, away from the big hustle and bustle. A collaboration with the RSL across the road is absolutely brilliant - you get meals for member's prices when showing your room key. I was a very late check in, it was absolutely no hassle for the staff, the room was clean, the building is fairly modern looking and not too far of a walk to see the sights of Cleveland.

It is a fair bit of a drive from the city if the traffic is particularly heavy, and in the way of activities for single younger people, there isn't a whole lot to do in Cleveland. However, this isn't the motel's fault. The only real issues I had with the place are; the doors are a little thin, so if you've come in late and need a bit more of a sleep in the corporate clients may wake you up if you're a light sleeper; and by the time I arrived the internal carpark was full, as some tradies will park their trucks/vans in there and it results in too small a space for an SUV.

Located near the ferries that go out to North Stradbroke Island it is in convenient walking distance. Really appreciated the access to Redlands RSL with member meal costs. Also a great cafe just across the road. Would have been nice to use the pool if weather was warmer. Very comfortable bed & room facilities. Microwave & toaster in laundry. Good to have access to washing machine & drier. Handy parking onsite. Pleasant walks along the waterfront to parks, hotel & art gallery nearby. A short drive to the shops for everything needed. Art gallery, library & Performing Arts Centre nearby. Kerry & Bronwyn are very helpful & caring hosts. We appreciated their advice for getting to know the area.

The first impression was a fairly old Motel building but never judge a book by its cover. The room was lovely and light, fabulous clean extremely well made beds and a newly tiled bathroom. Absolutely perfect for what we needed to stay close to relatives. With the humidity the pool was a life saver , beautiful and sparkling clean and perfect respite. The icing on the cake the extremely helpful and chatty owners. Nothing was a problem. I nearly didn't write a review to hide this little gem, but other travellers needs to support such a fabulous small business

Lots of off road parking was great , close walking to RSL, busy road leading to Stradbroke island ferry

Staff are lovely and welcoming. Pool facilities are nice. Great location - walking distance to RSL; Raby Bay Marina (restaurants) & Cleaveland Central (shopping) are both less than a 5 minute drive. Most importantly, the beds were comfortable 👌

I had a heavy suitcase and was situated 2 flights of stairs up. The building is older and wear and tear is obvious in some places; however, if you're looking for somewhere to lay your head while you explore the area, this hotel is ideal.

The property is located in easy access with cafes and restaurants within walking distance and the saltwater pool on site was wonderful to swim in.

The rooms are located over 3 levels with access via stairwells on both ends of the building which are slightly steep and tight, not got when you have knee issues being allocated a room on the top third level.

Room was central to the reason we were there and the bonus was it was near the ferry to North Stradbroke Island which we spend a day there and it was walking distance to the RSL CLub and the people we met were helpful and friendly.

We will get a bottom floor level room next time as we both have issues with leg injuries, and we are both getting a bit long in the tooth to be using stairs.

Easy check in and out process. Room was clean. I was happy with how quiet it was. I was even able to successfully have a nap during the day.

The venue is a little dated but still very serviceable. Be aware there are stairs to access the upper floors. Non still surface so pretty solid.

Arriving at 3pm and finding a park was easy after a long drive. Reception staff were very friendly staff, particularly a hit with the kids was "Bay", who is especially welcoming. The hotel has a lovely pool area, quiet location, free parking. A little out of the way of local restaurants, but a $20 return taxi to dinning precinct makes up for that.

Really for the respectable price for the night stay, one could not be critical of any aspect. It ticked all the boxes for our one night stay. The hotel is showing its age, but it is clean, quiet and tidy.
