Modern, clean and quiet. Good location for all things Ipswich. Exceptional customer service staff with an advance phone call to confirm the booking details and then great friendly service on check in and out. One bedroom apartment was spacious and well appointed with two air con units; one in bedroom and one in living area.

I might have missed the details when booking but the parking arrangements are a bit onerous and it costs extra to ‘secure’ a parking spot. I would expect free parking and also that there would be enough parking for each unit to have one allocated without this system.

We actually tried to stay at a cheaper Airbnb for our trip but had to leave that property after just one night as it just wasn’t up to scratch. We’ve stayed at Quest before so we were so pleased to get a room there for our second night in Ipswich. At Quest you’re greeted like an old friend. The whole property is clean and welcoming and the rooms are well equipped. Lesson learned - it’s Quest every time for us from now on.

There’s nothing not to like. It’s a great place to stay.

easy to find (convenient location), tidy rooms, I found the beds very comfortable personally. it was an easy check in and check out process and the staff were very friendly

i can’t really find one, but if anything I was surprised parking wasn’t included in the booking fee, all other places we have stayed had at least one park allocated and included in the price, however with quest you will need to book to secure your park, it’s only $15 per night so we booked and paid for the parking but I think it could be absorbed into the accommodation fee. also to note, the parking is not undercover.

The fact that I wanted to return the following weekend but then was told o was blacklisted and have got no reply is terrible. I paid the required amount etc Left the room very tidy Didn’t have a party Had two friends friends visit and was out for most of the evening. Then went through booking.com again and was told my the hotel that I was blacklisted came as a surprise So I wouldn’t recommend Quest . Sadly

The room was very spacious, with ample space for the kids to play. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean and tidy. Having a washing machine and two bathrooms was handy with the kids and I

Being on the top floor, with three children was a hike to get up and down the stairs, particularly with luggage. That being said, reception was lovely and did offer to assist with out bags. The car parking spot was tight, with a bigger car.

It was well maintained and very clean. The cleaning staff looked after us and were very friendly.

I didn’t like the bollards in the parking bays! If you wanted to park you had to pay an extra $15 a day. We were staying for 10 nights-surely for such a long stay that should have been included! The couch in the living area was also very hard and uncomfortable.

The layout of the room was very spacious and clean. The sofa bed was very comfortable.

The location needs a turn off lane instead of needing to go to the roundabout all the time. As we aren't local we weren't sure if there was an easier route to take. The allocated parking spots are great but the locked post needing to put up and down all the time was a pain, especially when we went out 3 or 4 times a day. These things wouldn't stop me from staying there again.

The staff member went out of her way to turn a very hectic and emotional day to hassle free check in helping with the late booking as soon as she received it to finding out everything we needed including where to get food late Then arriving in our room was inviting lights were on air conditioning was on it was a great experience when it was really needed thank you Quest

Great location. Staff were fantastic and always asking if there was anything we needed to make our stay better. Free coffee machine and laundry facilities were unexpected but much appreciated as was the complimentary wine provided on arrival. Best kitchen facilities in a studio apartment that we have had in a long time.

Absolutely nothing.

Great place to stay for a night or two if you're doing events at Queensland raceway. The studio apartment is great for a solo or couple, plenty of room and enough amenities, bathroom is decently sized as well. Had no issues with parking, staff were very kind and gave me clear directions to my room, also got a free macron so definitely not complaining.

Wanted to checkout early due to event at the track starting at 8am, but the reception doesn't open till 9 or 9:30am and wasn't sure if I could just drop my card in the early box labelled keys as that wasn't mentioned, but other then that it's worth what you pay
