Our room was really well appointed with a large lounge / kitchen area a good sized bedroom plus a large bathroom with separate shower & bath. The room had a comfortable couch, a well stocked fridge & a microwave. There was secure parking and a nice restaurant on the ground floor being tucked away in the back of the precinct as there was absolutely no noise from outside. Plenty of places to eat & drink within a few minutes walk. Well worth paying a little extra for the comfort.

We requested twin rooms and arrived to king bed setup. Gentleman at receptions confirmed our booking advice requested twin rooms. Whilst housekeeping staff were not on duty he assisted with separation of bed into twins and provided some extra linen. This was very much appreciated.

Clean, spacious, had everything we needed. Good shops and restaurants nearby. Lovely deep bath, the cot we requested for our toddler was all set up and perfect for him when we arrived. Free on site parking.

Air conditioning was a bit dodgy, we found it hard to get the room to a good temperature. The ironing board was pretty wonky and needs replacing. No coffee table. Reception was unattended a lot and this was a bit annoying when I called down to get more towels and my call went unanswered.

So accessible - one turn off the freeway and you’re there ✅ Covered walking dstance ro the gig we attended at Springlake Hotel ✅ . Our preferred option of two single beds available ✅ . Facilities top notch ✅ . Breakfast was AMAZING and very affordable - offering traditional Filipino menu or standard fare ✅ . Secure car park at no extra charge ✅. Reception manager very pleasant and helpful ✅.

There was an opened bottle of water in the fridge but when I called reception they came and replaced immediately. .

The staff were nice & the restaurant was very good. Nice pool area we although it could do with a bit more seating & possibly parasols for sunny end. It was an excellent idea to provide a hamper with clean bedding/sheets tea/coffee etc for when the rooms were not being cleaned or if you preferred not to be disturbed

Location great, staff great, good room size

breakfast was expensive for 2 eggs and 2 very thin unbuttered pieces of toast. Not asked what size coffee just given the largest. Did not like the massive credit card expense, that i have never experienced before ever in travelling. Most place yes may charge 1 -1.5%, but almost $14 for using a credit card, who is going to have $1000 in there wallet in the days of credit card use everywhere in the world.

lovely big room, spacious bathroom, very clean. kettle, microwave fridge if needed. secure parking. located near where we had to be for a day's event. decent restaurant nearby at the springfield lakes hotel. very very close to anytime fitness if you're a member.

rather on expensive side, as it's not set in nice surroundings. it's an industrial lot/ big box retail.

It was lovely room and comfortable stay. the reception staff were friendly and helpful, convenient having other food options just outside as the restaurant in the hotel wasn't available over our stay. it was only for a night but defiantly stay again and recommend :)

only thing over our short stay was not being able to use the pool properly as it needed to be cleaned from Debree and not being able to try the restaurant inside hotel.
