You would be struggling to find a better location if you are after a relaxing holiday on the beach. The views from our apartment were spectacular. Sitting out on the balcony any time of day or night was perfect. A patrolled beach just outside the block. Two surf lifesaving clubs within walking distance for meals. Undercover car parking. Spacious apartments (which you pay for) that are comfortable. Staff were helpful. Beds were comfortable. We had a car so we were fine. You would be struggling to get anywhere without one. The good side of this is that the block is in a quiet area which for us was ideal. Short drive to supermarkets and Pacific Fair.

These are not cheap apartments so you expect a high standard. Given the sun came up at 0445 in the morning the curtains could have been much better to keep the bedroom dark. We had to move apartments 3 days into a 10 day booking as we had booked for ourselves and our two teenagers and were given two double rooms. When a camp stretcher was provided this was not acceptable and an alternative apartment was eventually provided. The new manager was as helpful as he could be given the situation. Should never have happened though. First apartment was very modern Second apartment had all original kitchen and was starting to look a bit dated and well used. That said, I loved it and would happily return.

Lovely apartment, right on the beach - directly across from lifeguard flags. Spacious apartment with modern furnishings. Comfortable bed, hot shower with good water pressure, large bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. Spectacular views of the ocean! Staff were also very helpful when things didn't go to plan. Would definitely stay again!

The room wasn't ready for a 2pm checkin and was an hour late. But when I raised this with staff, they were very apologetic, explained what had happened, and made it up to me by offering me a late checkout at 12pm. The tea and coffee supplies weren't replenished after the people before us, but I'm sure if I'd contacted them, they would have fixed that too. These were only minor things though that didn't impact my stay... just some small details that would make this place a 10/10.

Great little ground floor 2br corner apartment overlooking Nobbys Beach right next to the lifeguard tower. Fantastic location away from the bustle of busier parts of the GC but close enough to get anywhere without any trouble. Apartment was clean and modern with everything we needed for a a week. Pool right outside the back balcony was also excellent.

Second bedroom was a bit dusty (triggering allergies), probably form lack of use and therefore lack of dusting / vacuuming

The location was second to none. The apartment was well equipped. The entire process was very smooth. Great apartment!!! Manager was also fabulous and pool was fantastically maintained.

Cleaning could have been a little better - particularly in the lounge. But in saying that we know it was a busy period so was happy to just deal with it. E.g. dirty bandaid under the couch, lots of sand/dirt under couch, handprint marks on the glass. Blinds in the lounge so you can watch tv during the day would also be good (behind the kitchen table).

This was a great place to stay. We have a family of 5 and there was plenty of room. The apartment had everything you need to have a self contained stay and was very clean and comfortable. The best part was the proximity to the beach, it was literally as close as you can get. You walk downstair and you are on the beach. It had an amazing view of the ocean. We will be back we had an amazing time.

The location right on the beach was fantastic, overall the apartment was a great size with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, dining table was a good size and plenty of lounge furniture.

There were some areas that hadn't been dusted, some of the blinds did not work and you couldn't close them to keep out the heat, there was no milk in the fridge on arrival. The apartment had a funny smell when we entered and it did eventually good, contact with the owners was poor. Not important but the only drawback was having to walk to the local shops and to catch a bus, two of us walked to the shops twice in the rain, normally walking wouldn't bother us.

We loved everything about this apartment it was so clean and the beds were extremely comfortable also loved the area and had the most amazing views of the beach and sunrise/sunsets definitely will be staying here again

We had a really nice stay. We loved our apartment overlooking the ocean. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach each day and relaxing by the pool. The apartment is close walk to everything; beach, restaurants and shops. There was an issue with a double booking and the manager Michael went above and beyond to accomodate us and make sure our stay was comfortable.

Great view, right on beach. Location out of Broadbeach and close to Nobby’s beach was great being a little less crowded. Some great restaurants near by are far less busy and good quality. Pool was warm, which was great as you came out of surf.

For a week, there is no room service, so you’ll need to do some laundry. The beach towels provided are quick-dry, which whilst good aren’t as comfortable as fluffy beach towels.

Fabulous location, clean and comfy accommodation, well laid out, and a lovely heated pool. A coffee pod machine was provided and coffee pods which was much appreciated, although no milk.

There was a broken overhead cupboard in the kitchen which wasn't good, and no lights in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. Lamps were provided but not plugged in, and the only power outlet was behind the beds. It was very awkward to try to plug a lamp in, in the dark (because we didn't need light until it was dark!) to get light in the rooms.
