The pool was amazing. The room was well stocked in the kitchen and had lots of utensils. The BBQs were lovely and clean.

We needed to purchase cleaning items and toilet paper because not enough was provided in the room as it was a self-contained unit. This wasn't a problem we just weren't aware when we did our first grocery shop so just a heads up.

Location was great, so close to a very nice beach. Size of the apartment was good with large bedrooms. Defonately great Value for money

Could be cleaned a bit better. Was not enough toilet paper, dishwashing liquid and rubbish bags for the whole stay so we had to buy our own which is ok but could have been specified that required to be brought by the customers.

We really enjoyed the pool and the outlook from our apartment over the pool. The location was excellent, a very short walk to the beach and close to surf club or tavern for easy dinner. Apartment was spacious and great to have 2 bathrooms/toilets. The apartment was great for our 3 kids.

The apartment complex allows smoking on balconies, we didn't like that the apartment under us was smoking all day and this would then waft up into our balcony and inside, so often we couldn't sit on the balcony. Apartment does need a refresh, some may not like that there are stairs and no lift but this was fine for us.

The location - was only a short walk to the beach, size of the rooms, having a washer and dryer, large kitchen, having an ensuite and bathroom. Outdoor patio area was great. Overall, the landscaping, garden area and pool was fantastic. Also, the security of the underground parking and having 2 sets of keys.

The rooms were a great size but the fan in the kids room and lounge room did not work when we wanted them to. Mysteriously the fan would turn on 12 hours after we had tried turning it on. The non stick fry pans were not useable as the non stick coating was non existent

Great quiet location. Short walk to beach and cafes. Rooms are a decent size, great view from balcony. Pool and grounds are maintained well. Neat and tidy. Owners are easy to deal with.

The units are in much need of a deep clean - washing machine seal was mouldy, around sinks needs a good scrub etc. Curtains desperately need updating as every time you opened them or touched them white chalky powder went all over your hands and clothing. Our bed was comfortable enough but the beds my kids had you could feel every spring and needs to be replaced.

It was raining and wet until we checked out on the day so we did not use the pool. The carpark was quite spacious. The rooms were also spacious. The beds are very comfortable.

The bath towels were not changed while we were there for 4 nights. The staff was not very friendly. There was a 'pick up / drop off' zone outside along the road, but there was always a vehicle or two parked there.

Loved the pool and location of the unit. The living area was light filled and airy. A great size for a family of four. Felt secure and safe and loved the local facilities so close by. Great secure parking.

The WiFi cut out and couldn’t get back on after day 4 of a seven day stay. Needed a bit of a deep clean and possibly some cleaning products to use while staying. Could use some staples like salt, pepper, oil and dishwashing liquid.

A mini getaway to help celebrate my Mum's 90th birthday. The location was close to the venue and in walking distance to Putt Putt Golf, the beach and the SLSC. Pacific Fair also a walk away and bus back. The Mermaid Beach SLSC was excellent for breakfast and dinner with great vibes and excellent customer service and food.

On street parking was difficult to find.

Well set up apartment for a longer stay. Good location just south of Pacific Fair with bus stop nearby. Enjoyed sitting on the sunny north facing balcony off lounge room. Nice pool area with high wall which stops any wind. Large two bed apartment runs full length of block with additional balcony off both bedrooms. Other features; fresh air flows through entire apartment, security fly screens, fans, rear balcony has own clothes line, hot water is instant, three tvs and two bathrooms one with bath. Manager Steve was most helpful.

Wifi can get busy in the area. No natural light in either bathroom.

We loved everything....close to everything....walking distance to shops...taverns...fast foods....everything we needed.... Short drive to pacific fair shopping centre..... 5 minute walk to beach.... It's the best place we've stayed at... Didn't have to bother staff for anything....the apartment had everything and beyond... Staff was friendly and kind.... Will be going back that's for sure...
