Room was clean, staff were lovely, and that was from the office staff when we arrived to the cleaners and the manager in the morning. Room was well supplied Bed was lovely and soft. Loved having the front verandah and a back verandah and having both the doors open and got a beautiful breeze through the whole room

Only one power point by the bed, so I unplugged the extension cord that had the other bedside lamp plugged in. Was asked on arrival if we were going out, as the reception was just checking so there would be a space and said there were 3 rooms without a car (that didn't bother me at all, I actually really found this lovely) so than we got back that night there was only 1 park. There was a bin in the park, which we moved. The next morning I spoke to the owner or manager and just explained we needed to move the bin to park there, as I wasn't parking on the street or down a dark lane way especially with a 4 yr old with us, he was lovely and said they put it there so than there is always 1 park for the paying customers and he didn't have an issue with it.

After staying at several below average motels when I booked this motel my expectations were low, from the moment I checked in the staff were lovely and then I opened my motel door to have my expectations well and try exceeded! Beautiful set out room with everything I needed to make my stay comfortable, microwave, kettle, toaster, all crockery and cutlery something I had to buy for other motels! This motel is run by a lovely family that went out of their way to make sure my stay was perfect, knowing my check out say wasn’t set it stone they would ask me if they seen me outside my motel room how my stay was going and if I needed anything, when I booked more days they made sure my room was saved for myself so I didn’t have the inconvenience of having to move my stuff. A few days with my and 2 kids a toddler/baby came to stay and once again I was asked if I needed anything and gave me some more towels to ensure I had enough. One of the best motels I’ve had the ability to stay with, I’ve toured most of Australia and stayed at a lot of motels and this place tops the list. Next time I’m on the Gold Coast I’ll be staying right here m!

I honestly don’t think I have a single complaint. When I first walked in my television didn’t have a remote but I said nothing. Next thing I know I go into the office to grab some cordial from their fridge, they apologise without me mentioning the tv and tell me this is the replacement television for your room, installed it on the spot. Only thing I didn’t like is having to leave this wonderful establishment.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Very clean. Loved the outdoor kitchen area which allowed us to have a few cheaper, home cooked meals.

Our quad room was a bit crowded with beds….not much space to walk in the room.

staff were helpful and very nice. location was great to access Broadwater. Rooms had been modernised a bit and were clean and comfortable. it has a pool which was nice to get into to cool off and it was close to great restaurants and other facilities.

Couple of housecleaning issues but nothing major. Busy road so a bit of noise. But that's my fault for not looking at it better when booking.

All of my requests made, prior to coming to the motel were met. My wife and I were exceptionally happy with our holiday experience at this motel.

I was happy with everything for the price I payed at this motel at this time of year. We were treated very well.

Nothing to complain about, it was as expected - clean and simple for an older motel everything worked. Pricey but only because it is Gold Coast and eveything is pricey. It was a great location for my son and I to bike ride from to go to the parks.

beds were super comfy. The staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful at check in. There for one night. Had everything we needed and the little balcony off the side was cute. Nice pool area, too.

Found a little cockroach, but this is completely understandable as they come through the drain. can’t be helped.

The room was clean and smelled lovely and we were given fresh milk not uht milk. The owners were so lovely even making sure we were happy because the people in the room beside us were noisy and inconsiderate. Which was not the owners fault at all they did all they could to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Absolutely lovely and genuine people..
