great facilities and very clean

pretty sure the room had bed bugs as me and my son ended up with bites during our stay but the room was very clean and place was well looked after

Was fairly clean, convenient location, staff were very friendly, room was an ok size for what we needed. Parking right out front of our door.

Not very sound proof, the guests above us came home at 10pm and it was so loud..also one of our single beds was a trundle put up on metal legs so not very sturdy. Every time my daughter moved at night it would rattle & squeak. It would of been better left as a trundle under other bed

Comfy, clean and a good location.

Wouldnt have minded a bit more clarity on the check in process. Got to town ahead of the 2pm time for check in, and a sign at the property says the office will open at 2 for check in. Killed some time and returned at 2, but no one in the office. Eventually with another customer we discovered that a code is available to check in with, but we had to call the owners mobile to get hold of this. Heard there were some “early” check ins done the same way. Not a huge deal, but sure would have been good to know. Overall a great stay!

It is affordable. We were able to have room 7 on the ground floor. The room had a kitchenette.

Microwave is up to high. My elderly mother who is short couldn't reach.

Great location, convenient parking, good value for money.

The shampoo and soaps could be provided a bit more generously. There was no tissue box provided. The shower temperature could be more stable.

Conveniently located near the Broadwater and local restaurants and cafes. Narrow view to the water from the small side balcony - an unexpected bonus. Good value for a low cost one night stay.

View across neighbouring properties, but not a deal breaker with water views down the side of the property.

Check in was quick and easy. Room was Comfortable & Clean. Plenty of dinner options within walking distance.

The accommodation serviced my needs and met my expectations so I can't really fault anything.

As per request for a quiet unit after such a long drive, and they made this possible. Polite, easy going staff/owners. Easy access, close enough to the beach.

I quietly mentioned re: toilet not refilling properly, and they said they would be onto it.

Nice size room with extra facilities and great shower. Room was kept at a mild temperature and any information I needed I was able to get from signage in and out of the room. Had two balcony’s with outdoor seating which was a nice bonus.

Cleaners could have done a better sweep of the room there were some items left from previous guests in the freezer and above the microwave. Aircon temperature couldn’t be adjusted and the kettle was missing.

The staff were very friendly and the accommodation was very clean. Amenities in the room were exceptional for an overnight stay. Couldn't have been more happy. Will definitely stay again.
