everything was great , the views from our 2 bedroom apartment were sensational , the staff at check in were wonderful and friendly , the room was ready early , (bonus ),the pool, tennis courts and surrounds were very neat and clean. access to shops through the apartments was easy , cafes , beach and restaurants all within walking distance and parking was included in the price , not like other establishments where they charge an arm and a leg extra to park. perfect weekend getaway for the family. will definitley stay there again.

there wasnt a thing i could fault.

The location is perfect with the beach just across the street and shops all around with lots of cafes, supermarket etc. The beach view was amazing with v iews north to surfers and back south. We spent so much time on the beach, which is a great, safe beach for swimming. Crystal clear water (even had a couple of dolphins swimming close in one day) and lifeguards present. If the sea isn't for you, the heated pool is also amazing - large and well heated, with a spa for those not keen on laps.

The only thing I didn't like was that we had to go home. I can't fault anything else.

The front desk staff were absolutely amazing, so friendly and caring, and it set the tone for the whole visit - thank you team! The room was clean and had everything we needed, is in a very handy location to shops and restaurants, and the room had an outstanding view over the ocean all the way to surfers paradise.

More dishwashing liquid provided, and instructions on where to dispose of rubbish would help. The rooms felt very warm- too warm and there wasn’t the best ventilation. Small things really I have nothing bad to say.

Amazing location with stunning views down on to the beach & across to Surfers Paradise all lit up at night. We also loved watching the planes coming & going from the Gold Coast Airport, with the Skydivers appearing every so often! The apartment was spacious & clean, with masses of storage. Lovely linen & towels/toiletries in the bathroom. Having the Strand Shopping Centre at the base of the apartments was superb - so convenient but you escape the hustle & bustle the minute you get into the lift back up to the apartment. Secure parking was excellent. We loved the hotel pool & barbecue area too. Reception staff were incredibly helpful. So close the beaches and the footpaths - an amazing place.

We were a family of 4 so could have down with a few extra plates/bowls in the kitchen. And a few more regular utensils, e.g. cooking tongs. Other than that, couldn't fault anything.

Beautiful apartment very central to everything. Lovely reception staff gave us recommendations for dinner.

Unfortunately we had an ant problem in the apartment ( I did let reception know on check out) They were in the main bed as well as they got into our food and we had to throw out cereal and muffins. We were told they are seasonal and would be dealt with. Sadly, All of the beds were uncomfortable- mattresses were rock hard! Not everyone likes a hard mattress- maybe have an option that you can sleep in another bed that’s a bit softer.

Perfect location - right across from the beach and surf club and close to everything you could need while on holidays. So many cafes and restaurants to choose from. While the weather was miserable our family still found plenty to do without going far. Our unit was renovated well and felt very homely. The kitchen and living area were wonderful. Free parking a bonus.

There was one air-conditioner which made it hard to heat all of the rooms at times - the bathrooms in particular were a bit chilly.

The location was fantastic and in the heart of everything. My husband's band played at the Coolangatta hotel and we were walking distance which meant we could have a good time and walk home. We were also very close to the airport, shops were right outside our door and also the beach. we loved our location and will return for a longer stay next time. We even had our own car park which was easy and awesome.

The fact that we didn't get to take advantage of the facilities because we didn't stay longer enough.

The location was perfect as was the size of the apartment, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large living space with a great balcony looking out over the beach it was the size of a house, great for us 6 adults.

A bit skimp on the utensils! And general items like toilet paper, dishwashing & laundry powder should be included for a stay of 4 days. Getting access to the apartment after arriving on a late flight was an absolute nightmare!

We arrived 6 hours prior to check in time hoping to store our luggage but our room was already set up for us and they allowed us to check in then. This was wonderful news and we were very appreciative of this. In addition they gave us an extra hour to check out as our flight wasnt until later in the day and they stored our luggage until it was time to go to the airport

Nothing, this is the 2nd time weve stayed there and so happy with everything. Made such a difference to our break.

My request for a higher level floor was granted, we were delighted with our room. Upon arrival we were greeted by warm welcoming staff. We arrived way early for checkin, but got a pleasant surprise when the staff rang and said our room was ready at 10.30am. Our room had stunning views from every window. Convenient location to everything you could possibly need. No need to move the car from the secure car park. We have stayed at points north before and will most definitely be back. Highly recommend staying at points north.

If I had to say anything it would be the early morning street noise. But being woken up early made for a good excuse to go for a walk and take in the stunning scenery.
