The location is perfect walk to everything and with a coles,hairdresser, nail place and food right downstairs so convenient

We got woken up by a huge fight at our door the staff where rude and unhelpful with the situation. Blood still visible all day my 2 young kids heard the fight seen the hole in the wall twice with blood all still over the wall, It was left like that all day. Not once where we contacted to ask how we where or if we needed anything was very disappointing

The location was great, great ability to cook for my family! The staff were great and gave clear instructions for late check in.

It would be beneficial to have a folder in the room for a quick go to guide, (the phone on the wall didnt work), how to get more towels (especially for pool use), how and where to dispose of full rubbish bags, brochures for reccomended local buisness/local attractions/sight seeing options

The customer service from reception was terrible. The women was rude. Looked like she hated her job. Didn’t explain where parking spots we drove circles looking fir our parking number that I don’t think was necessary. When we rang reception to ask for towels that were not in room they would hang up on us. I asked about extra bed as per booking, said it would be in room. It was not. Getting in contact with reception was difficult. Same women when we checked out. If she simply smiled that would have been nice. She was so grumpy.

Location was awesome, everything you could possibly need was right there. The staff was lovely and the room was nice, it was a good size, came with all the necessities, and was very comfortable. Lastly, my partner is a smoker and he loved that they allowed you to smoke on your balcony as long as you closed the door behind you. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Sometimes the elevators seemed to take forever, then you would finally get one stop at your floor and it was full! Meaning you could be standing there waiting for an elevator for 5-10mins at times. They have four of them, but i do suspect that they may shut down 1 or 2 outside of peak hours. But other than that, nothing bad i could say about the hotel, it was great.

Location was perfect! The apartment wasn't modern but it was fine for my family! We had an amazing ocean view on the 29th floor in tower one! The apartment was fantastic lots of space. Its not brand new but its clean and comfortable. The kids loved the pools and over all we had a great stay. I was a little concerned with the reviews but so happy I stuck with my booking. Everything at your fingertips! The staff were lovely and I didn't need anything extra. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for an amazing time.

The dryer wasn't great but it was warm enough for things to dry over night. And my one issue is the door doesn't lock on the inside my daughter is a sleep walker 😱 could have been a disaster had I not woke up! Over all no complaints. Just not ideal with the door locks and the balconies don't lock either so keep this in mind.

We were able to check in early which I really appreciated after flying during the night. The apartment looked like the website photos. It was a great size for a family of four. The view was amazing! We really enjoyed sitting on the spacious deck looking over the pool area, city lights and glimpse of the ocean.

The cupboard for the washing machine, dryer etc smelt very musty/damp. The bathroom smelt a little, which I think if it had been given a good clean with bleach would have disappeared. We were able to find a park in the car park as we stayed during school term time but I think if it was school holidays this would be a big issue.

The location was fantastic with a awesome view. and the staff were very helpful. Despite some negative reviews I was excited to check in. Once we had we were so happy with all the facilities. Especially the heated pool. And I found the location to be the best possible in my opinion. Special mention to the coffee shop in the lobby. Best coffee I've ever had... the parking was easily marked and close to elevators which was handy. I would definatly stay here again.

I liked the size of our 3 bedroom apartment, it was very spacious. I liked the views from all windows and the balcony. The location was fantastic, the pool was nice. I liked the shopping centre underneath the hotel as it was very handy. I also liked the washing machine and dryer in the room.

I do think it would be nicer if the rooms got serviced and fresh towels and toilet paper were given every second day or so.

The view was spectacular. The room had everything we needed.

I didn't like the parking. It was extremely confusing and too many things to remember (key on dash, paper with rego on dash, making sure we parked in right tower parking and spot with Mantra label. Would be so much easier to have a machine where you could just swipe your tag instead of it having to be on the dash. This caught us out a few times and then we had to reverse back.

the cupboards in kitchen and drawers all seemed broken, quite a few dents in walls. Quite outdated. car park needs to have more Mantra assigned ones as there wasn’t many. little ant bugs all over bench around sink when we arrived. the body wash/ hand soap bottles were both empty in the master bathroom even after house keeping had serviced our room still weren’t filled
